“I booked an Executive Ocean View room. However when I got to the room, it had a blocked view out of the double silding doors. Upon enquiry into the situation, the hotel gave me a complimentary upgrade to an Executive "Suite" Ocean View. I think, this is very kind of Bali beach hotel and team to help with this situation, and my hats off to Bali Beach hotel. This is an excellent place to stay with just the very top level facilities and amenities. Only down side I saw was that the vegitarian menu...

“We stayed at the hotel after an intercontinental flight, arrived late and left early but would have loved to spend more time here. The facilities look great, room is spatious with scenic bathroom (shower has a garden view). Staff was very kind, they even prepared a sandwich upon arrival assuming we’ve had no dinner (which was in fact true). I contacted the hotel a while after my stay as I forgot my eyeglasses in the room and they made their best to have them delivered to my next location as soon...
