“This is a cosy hotel and comfortable one. The bedware is so comfy that we all spent a good sleep after an exhasuting day. We spent 3 nights there and got recharging each day. The tradition chinese hutong style decors are wonderful and we love it. However, the wall painting in the bedroom is not as same as in the photos and we are of great disappointment, and according to the staff that it was a new renovation. “The staff are so welcoming and went above and beyond. Really helped my wife out with medical needs. So polite and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and veried. Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this for anyone to try. Worth every penny”

“Has laundry machine inside. It's a bit tricky to figure out how to use the dryer, its one unit combo washer and dryer , not 2 separate machines. So best check with lobby if you are not sure :) Room is comfy and clean, has all the amenities needed ”

“The Pan Pacific Beijing is located at a quiet cosy neighbourhood and easily accessible to The Joy City mall nextdoor, where most retail shops and F&B outlets which you need, are represented. Highly recommended for both business and family travels. Will revisit again when in Beijing next.”

“Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”

Struttura nuova, staff fantastico, posizione centrale comodissima sia per visitare a piedi la parte centrale della città sia per andare altrove dal momento che la metto si trova a 200 metri. Bevande gratuite per gli ospiti. Camera gestibile tramite loro app che si installa sul telefono, veramente ottima. Grazie allo staff per tutte le indicazioni e il supporto! Eccezionale!”
