“The staff are so welcoming and went above and beyond. Really helped my wife out with medical needs. So polite and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and veried. Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this for anyone to try. Worth every penny”

“This is a cosy hotel and comfortable one. The bedware is so comfy that we all spent a good sleep after an exhasuting day. We spent 3 nights there and got recharging each day. The tradition chinese hutong style decors are wonderful and we love it. However, the wall painting in the bedroom is not as same as in the photos and we are of great disappointment, and according to the staff that it was a new renovation. “The hotel was amazing as well as its swimming pool. The area where it is located is very central, next to commercial streets with Dept. Stores, restaurant and a very closed Starbucks for coffee... ”

“Has laundry machine inside. It's a bit tricky to figure out how to use the dryer, its one unit combo washer and dryer , not 2 separate machines. So best check with lobby if you are not sure :) Room is comfy and clean, has all the amenities needed ”

“Firstly, I was booking non smoking room but it was smoking smell in the room while I checked room 1218, although I have double check with the staff before checking in. I talked about the issue to the front desk then asking me to move to 1607 ( non smoking room) on the second day. I have spent time to move this 1607 by myself. Finally, this room was ok. Secondly, regarding swimming pool, they asked the guest to purchase their swimming cap to swimming, guest cannot swimming without swimming cap....

“Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”

“Un bellissimo hotel con una posizione eccezionale. È vicinissimo alla piazza Tien’anmen e alla città proibita che sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ha due stazione metro comodissime. Ed è a un passo dalla via dei negozi Wangfujing. Gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono magnifici. Le stanze molto grandi. Magari qualche aggiornamento al bagno e al sistema di controllo delle luci sarebbe necessario ma resta un hotel eccezionale, per livello di servizi e posizione. ”

“Una gemma nel centro di Pechino. Struttura nuova, staff fantastico, posizione centrale comodissima sia per visitare a piedi la parte centrale della città sia per andare altrove dal momento che la metto si trova a 200 metri. Bevande gratuite per gli ospiti. Camera gestibile tramite loro app che si installa sul telefono, veramente ottima. Grazie allo staff per tutte le indicazioni e il supporto! Eccezionale!”

“L’albergo è bello in una posizione molto buona, a pochi passi dalla via principale e la città proibita (se ci volete andare informatevi per tempo sui biglietti), a pochi minuti anche dalla Metro. L’hotel è un po’ datato il personale gentilissimo e in quel periodo ci lavorava anche un italiano che ci ha molto aiutato”
