“Almost everything was perfect.
Remarkable clean apartment!
Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc...
Good swimming pool.
Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved.
The only problem was with Wifi/networking.
Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok

“Staying at this hotel was a really pleasant experience. Rooms are very clean. Hotel staff were very helpful. English was good with some but not all staff so make sure you have a translator app and you'll have no problem. Also, be careful to look for their red sign on a fence as the hotel is down an alley, not on the main street. Be sure to take exit E3 from Wangfujing Station and you'll be a 3 minute walk away. ”

Il personale è gentile ma, e qui vengono gli aspetti negativi, non tutti parlano bene inglese ed è stato complicato comunicare le nostre richieste alimentari. Mia figlia è celiaca ed in fase di prenotazione ho richiesto esplicitamente se fornivano colazioni senza glutine. Pur avendoci assicurato la possibilità di avere pasti senza glutine l'unica cosa che ci hanno preparato per quattro giorni è stato uovo strappazzato e riso, del pane di segale .
