“Wonderful location near downtown, private entry, and ample space for a small family. Please be aware that this is a basement apartment. The front door was hard to open/ close tried not to slam. PEACEFUL birds singing, chipmunks, squirls, rabbits in yard. Parking is off a sloped driveway. ”
