La posizione dell'Hotel è molto comoda per visitare Sarajevo. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, Molto veloci sia il check in che il check out. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Ottima anche la colazione, abbondante e di qualità. Da consigliare

Bella struttura.
Struttura centrale a 300mt dalla cattedrale ortodossa. Camera spaziosa e con un grande bagno. Cucina ben equipaggiata pure con la lavastoviglie (mai utilizzata da noi). Unica pecca è che il divano letto per i due bambini era un letto ad una piazza e mezzo (giusto giusto per i nostri ma stretto per ragazzi più grandi). Palestra non valutabile perché non sfruttata da noi. Nel complesso molto bene cmq. Personale gentile e colazione con abbondante scelta.

Ottima sistemazione e ottima posizione.
Albergo molto recente e in ottima posizione (il centro si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti). Il personale è gentile, la camera è spaziosa e pulita, la colazione varia e abbondante. Senz’altro consigliabile.

The staff has unique culture and work ethics you would not find even in most trendy hotels. It's unique experience you have to feel. Staff is so natural and welcoming (not artificially as you may experience with some other chains). I would rate it 10 out of 10 even if they cost 10 times more. There's no amount of money that can replace normal relaxed interaction with staff that will go forth and back to accommodate your needs. Rare to see these days, even at most expensive resorts around the world.

Oturma alanı, yatak, çalışma masası, yemek masası, büyük ekran tv, çok iyi banyo tasarımına sahip ve aşırı geniş yaşam alanına sahip. Yatak, nevresim takımı, kuş tüyü yastık tertemiz. Konum olarak sessiz sakin bir bölgede. Otel çalışanları aşırı saygılı ve sevgi dolular. Kahvaltı çeşiti bol ve resepsiyonda sıcak içecek ücretsiz ve sürekli mevcut. We had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Fatima. Breakfast was much more than we expected with many choices of hot and cold dishes. Location is close to the main Sarajevo sights yet in a calm and quite spot. The rooms are spacious with many amenities including fully equipped kitchenette. Thanks for having us.

For a well recognized hotel chain, I was disappointed with the customer service. We checked in at about 6 pm. Discovered that our 3rd bed had no towels or sheets. Several calls to housekeeping and receptions to which we were told “5 min” more than once. Over a 1.5 hr later still no linens. Eventually someone arrived with sheets, towels but no pillow. We booked our room for 3 nights under 2 back to back reservations. When we checked in reception assured me that we could stay in the room. The note was not shared with colleagues who threatened to remove us from the room because we needed to check out. I booked this hotel because it had on site parking. It does. But, you need to drive your car into a claustrophobic box elevator. I don’t usually write a poor hotel review, but beware booking here.

Great stay
I had a great stay. Clean bright room with kitchenette. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location, walkable to old town.
