“Lovely place. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. Host is fabulous - quick to respond, helpful and competent, everything was considerately and carefully arranged. The location is ideal - just minutes walk from the old town (across the lovely river) with its stunning markets, tourist shops, historic buildings, beautiful mosques and easy-to-get groceries and currency exchanges. “Staff on reception smoked and it drifted into our room, but they were helpful. Breakfast was adequate but was same every day. Close to shopping centre, half hour walk to city but a lot of graffiti. ”

“It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year.”
