We loved having a pool with the house as well as all the beach equipment. The house was located close to the beach as well as the center of town. The management company was quick to respond to our emails and the owner was kind enough to replace a broken wagon left from the previous renter. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Location

Nice Location, short walk to the beach. Bedroom #3 is more like a closet with a hard bed that squeaks with every move you make. The TV in that room is more like computer screen size. The room is so small you'll need to keep your luggage in the hall. If you need that room for adults to use, they will be very disappointed. Bed #4 the single twin is just in the upstairs hallway. Bed #1 and #2 were fine. The pool was dirty when we got there we assumed it would be serviced at the beginning of the week turns out it doesn't get cleaned until Thursday. When we called to complain they did take care of it and kept in touch with us until we were satisfied.

First time to anna maria!

To have our first visit to anna maria, this place was perfect! Our two daughters, and our pup had a great time. A very short walk to the beach access, the pool, and all the amenities you need to enjoy a day on the beach! Place was perfect!

Pool home

We picked this home because it had many things for kids to do,was assured by asking many times if the pool was going to be working by email we were told the pool was going to be working for our stay nov23-dec5 pool was not in working order,very cloudy asked if it was safe to swim in was told yes pump was not working had someone out to fix that daily heater was not working had been replaced 5 days into our stay,4 of the people got chemical burns from the water,I would of rather them tell me I’m not sure if the pool would be ready for you were working on it than to tell us yes it’s ready,but the inside of the house was beautiful had everything you need to cook if your going to,but the pool put a damper on everything as to 3 of my grandkids were so looking for to swimming for months when we booked,one of the service people told us this pool was still not working and was not properly working when we left.

Wonderful

The house was great, my advice would be if you know guests are coming turn on the fridge, we had a full order of grocery with a warm fridge. Also the bit of mold on the ceiling near the kitchen was gross and the alarm for the pool was annoying being we had no littles. Pool was fantastic and the house was clean

Perfect beach vaca

This beautiful vacation home checked all the boxes for us! The pool area was perfect and even provided a shaded area under the deck which was essential for our mid-July vacation. The house is a minute walk to the gorgeous white sand beach and beautiful crystal clear Gulf of Mexico. The house itself was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, and provided everything we needed to enjoy this vacation. It was very cute and beachy inside. We will definitely be coming back!

Water leak issues

There are two bathrooms here and the one on the main floor is directly below the upstairs bathroom. When we arrived, there was clearly water damage above the main floor toilet. The “patch” was just some clear packaging tape. The area was black and appeared to be mold (I wish I could attach a picture - it was disgusting and growing daily). After the first day, it started to drip so we called the rental company and they said someone would be out. It wasn’t until the next afternoon that someone came but they left without fixing anything. Then we called back and the next day a plumber came out. His conclusion was that we can’t use the upstairs toilet…so 5 adults were expected to use one toilet. And on top of that, you could get dripped on at any moment using the one downstairs. We asked the plumber if he could at least put something else up to patch the leak so we didn’t have toilet water dripping on us and he said no. I literally used the toilet with a towel on my head for 4 days because I was afraid of the water dripping on me. Also, the photo of the main floor bathroom on this listing is not accurate.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time. The property is nice and well kept. The property is stocked with plenty of dishes/pans/drinking glasses. The pool is amazing with plenty of sun or shade whatever you want. There are a lot of stairs. The “garage” was very nice with pool floats and air hockey table

poor kitchen ware to cook and enjoy your stay

location great , house nice but not in good condition , it has the comodity but not everything is working fine . shower outside patio was full of grass and cant be used . but i was impressed with the kitchen , first everything look sticky and dirty , very bad condition in every single pan and and ware . its a petty that such a beatiful place dont put a little bit love and care , to have it great . and the rent and fees are not very cheap , so it should go according with the price . island is the best beatiful place a I ll been with my family and we will be back to Anna Maria island for sure .

Nice home but not close enough to beach

The house is nice. The pool is unique. The description said 200 steps from the beach it is 491 steps. My wife had hip surgery 3 weeks prior so being close to beach was important.

Nice house, but with some issues.

The house is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Neighborhood is great. The outfitting of the kitchen is bad; many things missing. or in bad shape. If you cook, you will be doing a lot of improvising. After initially responding to some maintenance needs quickly, the management company did not follow through. A replacement fridge water filter was left on the doorstep along with two fridge door shelves to replace broken and missing ones that were the wrong size for the fridge. No one contacted us to install them. The management company never even answered my subsequent email about that and that the freezer not working nor making ice. The place definitely needs a new refrigerator. If it matters to you, the pool and the deck only get sun in the morning; they are completely in the shadow of the house during the afternoon.

Perfect location

This house is in great shape and is so close to the beach. The pool was clean but it gets a lot of shade being tucked under the deck, so in a cooler month it was chilly most of our trip. I’m sure in the summer it would be perfect. We had a small issue with the freezer leaking and the management company was out to fix it right away. We’ve stayed in several homes on AMI and this was one of our best experiences yet.

Excellent

House was beautiful and had all the needs for a family. Beach is only a short walk away, and owners of home have everything needed for a beach day. Grill works great, pool was great if you want to lounge at home for the day. Will definitely be back. Great Location!

Absolutely Amazing Spot on AMI

My family and I went down to visit AMI recently and this house was perfect! We have been down to the island a few times before and this home, by far, had the best location to the beach. The house came equipped with everything that you would need for a day in the surf and sand. The pool area was amazing as well. The inside of the house was super clean and had everything that we wanted. The internet was a little slow, but we weren’t on it too much anyway! Thank you so much for an amazing week and unforgettable memories made!

Amazing summer 2021 vacation!

We love coming to Anna Maria island. The location of this home was just perfect. Close to the beach and a corner house! Wish the hot tub would have worked but it won’t stop me from renting this home again.

Anna Maria island beaches do not allow pets.

200 steps to the beach??? Pool layout ‘interesting’, why on earth is a spa not heated, no controls for air jets, steep stairs to get anywhere. Garage not available. Not sure what defines a gourmet kitchen but I doubt the kitchen here qualifies?

Its a beautiful house. We loved the pool and outdoor space the most. The beds were nice and the kitchen was fully appointed. We did find the TV in the living room a bit small for the space and internet and cell reception there was poor. We had 8 adults and found the sleeping arrangements difficult for that many. We had some difficulty checking in as the email with the door code was wrong. Small things , overall a great place.

Great Location with a few disappointments

Anna Maria Island is beautiful and our family loves visiting. This was the second house we stayed at this season on the island. The location to the beach is great and the highlight of the house was the pool. Unfortunately there were some concerns with small things inside the home which we reported on the first night via email. The property manager was polite and responsive, however the biggest disappointment was the homeowner himself. He showed up with a defensive attitude and sarcasm which is why I’m posting this here. The advertised air hockey table is broken, the jets of the spa don’t work, the shower curtains had mildew and mold, chipped dishes and dirty/scratched pans. The most uncomfortable find was sand in the sheets of one of the beds. As a previous person posted, the third bedroom with the bunk beds is very small and I would only suggest that room for kids to stay comfortably.

Nice property close to Beach

Our Family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortable. It was also very clean. No-contact check in process was a plus during these times. Unfortunately the pool light was not working when we arrived and after contacting property manager they told us they could not replace because we would not be able to use pool. Hence, we were not really able to enjoy pool at night as it was dark. Game room is a bit warm as there is no AC and the air hockey game did not work. Despite these issues we did have a great, relaxing time and I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks Julio
