Se ami camminare o correre lungo la spiaggia al mattino, abbronzarti sulla sabbia soffice e bianca nell'afternon e guardare i tramonti spettacolari sull'orizzonte della spiaggia la sera: questo è il luogo di vacanza perfetto per te e la tua famiglia. Casa Mar si trova nel mezzo (la sezione più ampia) di Crescent Beach che offre un sacco di spazio spiaggia poco affollato e privato.

Questo condominio 1 camera da letto / 1 bagno (unità # 61) è stato ristrutturato con nuovi tappeti, piastrelle, mobili e mobili da cucina. La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto king size pillow top. Il soggiorno ha (2) poltrone in pelle la-z-boy e un divano letto queen. Il mangiare in cucina ha elettrodomestici e servizi nuovi di zecca per cucinare a casa o si può mangiare fuori in un numero di ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La stanza del cortile vetrata / schermata ha un nuovo sedile e sedia d'amore. Questa camera è perfetta per godersi il caffè del mattino, un buon libro o uno spazio di intrattenimento extra. Ci piace andare in vacanza in modo confortevole e quindi abbiamo lavorato duramente per mantenere questo condominio in condizioni eccellenti e mobili e biancheria da letto di alta qualità. Abbiamo appena ristrutturato il bagno con una nuova piastrella e una vanità.

Il resort offre (2) piscine riscaldate, campi da shuffle board e aree grill / picnic nel cortile tra l'appartamento. Il resort dispone anche di un campo da tennis, una sala della comunità per grandi raduni, due lavanderie, connessione internet wi-fi gratuita e una sala computer / biblioteca. Casa Mar è un resort per famiglie sicuro con accesso privato passerella attraverso il cortile alla spiaggia e posti auto privati ​​per ogni condominio. The Beach ha (2) coperte Lanai, una rete da pallavolo e sedie a sdraio per gli ospiti utilizzare - tutto a titolo gratuito. Il nostro condominio si trova sul lato della spiaggia di Midnight Pass Road. Il nostro condominio è di circa 100 metri a piedi attraverso il cortile verso la spiaggia.

Great Beach Vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with private beach access and being basically on the middle of the key it was easy to navigate to restaurants using the free Trolley or just driving. There was a small issue with the room being cleaned prior to arrival but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The pools on site were always empty, we didn’t end up using them because we were at the beach so much but seemed very clean and well taken care of, if we stayed longer I’m sure we would’ve used them!Overall a great stay and would definitely come back

Perfect getaway

Location was great, just steps to the beach. Condo was nicely updated and clean, a perfect home base for our time at the beach. Saw dolphins daily and gorgeous sunsets! We are ready for a repeat trip

Perfect location

The property was a touch small but not bad at all for a couple. The owner was very responsive when we lost track of the gate code and when we had another question during the week. The Siesta beach is really just 100 yards away so the location trumps any other petty little concern you could have.

Slice of Heaven on Crescent Beach

Great one bedroom condo, with ample space and newly renovated! Our stay was wonderful but too short! Our daughter was staying about a mile a way with friends for Spring break and we were the perfect distance away to not feel like we were on spring break! Beautiful, quiet private beach, but close enough to the action for restaurants, shopping etc. Would love to visit again!

Great location!

The pool was wonderful! Super clean & warm. Close to everything & beach access is nice. Security gate keeps strangers out. There are repairs going on in many condos after hurricane damage. Would love to visit again sometime.

Awesome!

Considering the scope of the hurricane damage we were amazed how well the property has been restored. The unit we were in was lovely and very clean and comfortable ! Even though there is a lot of renovation going on the property it was still very quiet and we had no issues at all! We would definitely rent there again!

Tammy and Tom were very easy to work with and communicative, really appreciated their responsiveness. Condo was great, grounds kept clean daily. We appreciated the quick walk to the pool and beach as the weather was quite 'toasty". All furnishings very comfortable. We will try to get back someday, thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful!

My friend and I came for 3 days. We teachers and wanted a last beach vacation. Casa Mar and Unit 61 were wonderful. The condo is welcoming and comfortable. We watched sunsets, floated in the water, ate good food, and even had fun running in the rain. This is a great place to relax. Thank you for the use of your home and your kindness throughout the booking process.

Beach apartment

It was missing several things that make the place a great place. Being on the beach, not providing beach towels doesn't make sense. It would also have been nice to have some non instant coffee and sweetener, and some tea. Otherwise the place was nice having been an apartment, it ticked most of our boxes.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for our beach stay. The location is fantastic, and Tammy, the owner was super nice. She even let me know when our condo was clean so that we could go ahead and check in early. Would totally stay here again.

Loved this beach

Wanted a place where we could walk to the water - from this condo to the water edge is only 7 min. We enjoyed the pools - this place had a family friendly vibe. The beach was not crowded and found a fair amount of shells. The condo kitchen is well stocked (although the listing said there was a Keurig - it was in the cupboard above fridge with sign that said don't use) but there was a Mr Coffee drip maker. The bathroom is a little small but met our needs. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella. We left a body board behind for others. The bedroom TV is not a smart TV and the connection needs attention ( I think a wire ). We truly enjoyed our week and had a great time. We would come back.
