Lake view spacious 2bdr CONDO 7 min by the BEACH

This bright and cozy condo is very clean and feels like home, with amenities needed to stay a night, week or a month.

The condo is located on the second floor. No elevators, so please be cautions of stairs. It has master bedroom with King bed and its own private bathroom with shower. 2nd bedroom is with Queen bed featuring oversized windows and a guest bathroom. In the living room there is a couch that can be converted into a sleeping bed.

The spacious living room provides comfortable seating for watching TV or just relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for dining in. There is starter set of paper towels, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent for your convenience. There are enough of extra towels and bedding sheets to use if needed.

There is a washer and a dryer in the unit for guests to use.

The complex has a heated swimming pool that is heated in cooler months in the winter.

Enjoy amazing lake view balcony. Sit down and relax, drink your coffee, read a good book and listen to the sounds of the birds and swaying palms.

Our condo is the most perfect for couples, families with kids, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

‼️You are renting this condo in Siena Park community. It is NOT a new complex and might show some wear and tare from the outside. They are working on slowly improving it but we don’t know the exact timing on their projects. Otherwise, all the pictures show the accuracy of the condo.

This condo is located just minutes from Siesta Key, Siesta & Lido beaches, St Armands & Sarasota Bayfront. 8 miles to the Benderson Park rowing facility. It is close to good restaurants and shopping. Only 1 hour from Tampa and 2 hours from Orlando. Sarasota is a wonderful city with so much to do. No matter what your taste is, there is something for everyone: beautiful beaches, fishing, boating, parks and nature trails, theaters, clubs, restaurants, shopping, and much more. Enjoy your next vacation in the beautiful and sunny Sarasota, FL.

More than ample space for my family and myself. All of the necessary accoutrement one could need or desire for a sun filled day on the beach with the family. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Will look them up again when we decide to return to the state.

Perfect stay

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was spotless...I think it's the cleanest place I've ever rented. The beds were comfortable and it was in a great location. The grocery store and several restaurants were right across the street and it didn't take long to get to Siesta Key beach or the waterfront park. We also enjoyed nature walks at the Red Bug Slough Preserve right around the corner. I recommend this rental!

5 Stars for condo owner- Complex exterior needs work

Great location to shopping and beaches! Inside the condo was sparkly clean!! Everything you need as far as kitchen needs. Good appliances, ample seating, ample indoor and outdoor lighting and washer/dryer a plus! Unfortunately the only downside is the look and cleanliness of the OUTSIDE of the condo buildings WHICH THE OWNER/HOST CAN"T DO ANYTHING ABOUT SINCE THEY DON'T OWN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX which is very sad for this condo owner because you can tell that they take pride in their own condo. This complex (4-5 buildings) has tennants that include vacation renters, long term renters and owners. I'm not sure if there is a complex building and grounds crew or not but I never saw one and it could use a good crew to fix up the outdoor areas around all the buildings. I hope you're not discouraged from renting this condo, I just need to be honest about the entire complex.

Nice and clean

I stayed here with my friends for a couple of nights. Listing said there is a bed in the living room, but it was sofa. I slept fine on it though. Good location close to the beautiful beach 🏝️ we had fun and were all satisfied. Thank you very much!

Nice, but a misleading description

The condo was just as described - clean except for the sliding door to the balcony which was either dirty or, if it was double-pane, foggy between the panes. Also, there was no screen door so it could not be kept open for fresh air. The verticle blind across that balcony door had some missing and broken slats. We had trouble with the Smart TVs as there were no instructions on how to use them in the condo. Beware - there are apps on the TVs but the only app to offer CNN live news was Sling so we had to take out a month subscription if we wanted up to date news on the channel which we like. When we first checked out this condo on Google Maps, we saw there were two tennis courts on the property which were unusable . But since the satellite view of the tennis courts was a few years old, we figured they had been repaired since the description of the condo stated that "the complex has a heated swimming pool, tennis courts and more." However, the tennis courts were still in disrepair as they were when we saw them on Google Maps. When I complained to the property manager, she said that they had been usable recently and had not been informed of the tennis courts being in disrepair. However, two residents in the complex, one who has been there for 3 years and the other for 5 years, told me the tennis courts have been unusable all that time. The condo is very convenient to shopping and many attractions nearby. A lovely place to stay as long as you don't expect to play tennis!

Quick Trip

We needed a place to stay while in town for a few days. Condo was very clean. Primary bed did not have a frame...just a box spring and mattress which was strange. Didn't love the pillows but hubby did so probably not a big issue. Complex was a little old and is in need of some repairs. I could hear loud conversation from the parking lot after dark. Didn't try the pool so no comments there. The location was great! Publix is across the street and there are several restaurants within 10-15 minutes. And, we were able to get out to the public beach on Siesta Key in less than 15 minutes. Of course, this is the "slow time", but it was nice to hit the beach for a couple of hours in the evening. In peak times the traffic mayake it difficult to exit the complex as the road can be very busy! Good communication prior to our stay and the check in and out rules were very clear.

Has everything you need.

The unit met all of our expectations. It is a short distance to Siesta Key and is conveniently located across the street from Publix. It was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed (minus measuring cups in the kitchen.) The actual community is very worn and needs lots of TLC. The pool was a nice bonus. One recommendation is to have directions/map telling the guests how to get to the pool. The beach equipment was great! We would stay here again.

Inside of condo was fine except for the front bedroom did not seem to have air conditioning coming out of the one vent. Had to leave the bedroom door open and the fan on otherwise the room got very warm. Plenty of room to move around in condo. Kitchen was huge and well equipped. Nice appliances. Pool was nice. Outside was a little bit of mess.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and accommodated all our needs. They had the necessary kitchen items, towels, etc. However, we weren't there much just mainly to sleep and shower. If you're looking somewhere conveniently located with everything needed for the beach this place was all that. It was nice that there was a grocery and several places to eat within walking distance as well.

Overall, the condo was good. There was not ever enough hot water, the shower over the tub leaked while bathing. The sink in the bathroom with tub, the plug does not close. The kitchen sink did not have a plug that we could find. The TV programming was hard to figure out.. we really appreciated how clean it was, all the beach, toys, chairs, towels, etc. the kitchen was fully supplied. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations.

It ended up being only 2 of us staying but it worked out. The master bathroom shower was way too small for me so I used the other one. It was very convenient to the beach. My husband wanted to watch golf sometimes but we couldn’t figure out the tv.

Close to Siesta Key Beach!

We had a great stay at this comfortable condo. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, deck with a view. The pool was clean and lovely. They had everything for the beach: toys, floats, chairs, umbrella. The location was good to the beach and many other areas. We will stay again!!

In between old home and new home

Everything was as described, close to the beach, close to grocery store and lots of options for food. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 to stretch out and relax after working. So easy to communicate with the property manager if you needed anything. Wonderful place for a family getaway. If the need would come up, I would definitely stay here again.
