  • "Castnetter 6" di Anna Maria Island è una deliziosa isola locale situato direttamente lungo la strada da sette acri "Manatee Public Beach" e il Golfo del Messico. Questa bella e completamente rinnovato due camere da letto con due bagni completi sei posti letto con un letto matrimoniale nella Master Suite, due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti, e un queen size divano letto nel soggiorno. A pieno carico cucina con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Un privato 10 'x 35' Sun Deck è accessibile dal soggiorno che comprende un tavolo da pranzo e sedie, lettini disponibili e una splendida vista sul Golfo di tramonti del Messico. Servizi in camera servizi sono inclusi in "No-Charge". Vi è un 37 "TV a schermo piatto w / lettore DVD in Living Room e un 32" TV a schermo piatto in Master Suite. Alan the hose was great, he responded quickly. The place was great near Manatee Beach and the beach bar/restaurant, and the bus stop. The area was great close to everything needed, grocery store, drug store and many restaurants. Was a great get away in the awful weather in Virginia!

Overall the property was great and we would stay again. The corner was busy, but also allowed for access to the beach, eating options, groceries and shopping within walking distance. The beach items included were great! Chairs, a wagon / cooler, an umbrella were much appreciated and easy to transport. The pool was heated but still a bit cold. We did get in as it was really hot weather during out stay but it could use a boost in temp. Overall happy with our choice and will stay again.

Fun stay at Castnetter!

We enjoyed our two week stay at Castnetter Resort! The unit was very clean and had plenty of towels, dishes and pots/pans. It is located across the street from Manatee Public Beach and we had beach chairs, umbrella and cart to use at the beach. We discovered live music on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the park so we could enjoy watching the sunset while listening to great music. Thanks for a fun, relaxing winter getaway!

Great location and clean condo

My 2 kids and I stayed at this Holmes Beach property for 8 nights in July. We found it very clean and the location was excellent across the street from Manatee Beach. We all enjoyed the pool but I imagine it could be tricky if both units want to use it at the same time. While the pricing was within the normal range for 2 bedroom condos, I did find a number of maintenance needs that would be obvious with a bit of property management attention. Also note that no bikes are provided even though at the time of my booking, the listing said they were included. The owners agreed to reimburse for rental bikes but we ended up not pursuing that activity. Overall, this is a nice condo that would fit a family of 4 comfortably and in a convenient location.
