This beautifully decorated home with resort style amenities is centrally located in Sarasota and is overlooking a gorgeous pond with a fountain. It includes spacious 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with the open concept layout and contemporary coastal interior design .

Conveniently located near Sarasota's most sought-after destinations! Nestled in close proximity to the pristine, award-winning beaches, vibrant Downtown Sarasota, and the bustling UTC Mall.

The space
We provide all the essentials to get you started and for seamless and delightful experience for you and your fellow travelers

• Fully equipped kitchen for dining in, in case you prefer to dine in.
• Stocked bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Cozy bedrooms with bed linens and bedding.


HOUSE LAYOUT EXPLAINED:

Downstairs there is a kitchen with a big island. Dinning room and the living room with a contemporary design and open layout.

There are three bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. Laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the second floor.

Master bedroom: One king bed. There is also a TV in this room. Double vanity and overhead shower.

One height adjustable desk in the loft with full work station. Ergonomic chair. And a high quality Dell 32 inch monitor to connect to your laptop.

There is a one car garage and space to park additional 2 vehicles in the driveway. Free street parking is also available.

There is an electronic keypad for guest convenience. Guests will be provided the code via VRBO messenger two hours prior to check in.

We loved our stay here! The home is in a cute, quiet neighborhood and the screened-in back patio was perfect for relaxing — it even overlooks a small pond with a lighted fountain, which was such a nice touch. The place had everything we needed, from linens to kitchen utensils. The host was very communicative and quick to respond, which made the stay even better. Another big plus was having a Publix just down the road — being from Texas, it was our first Publix experience, and we loved the convenience! We’ll definitely be looking to come back soon!

May Florida Getaway

The location is very convenient to shopping and highway. Not far from beaches. Property is lovely and very clean! Plenty of room for our family of five. The community pool was clean and well kept. There are nice extra touches like the tvs, screened in porch and beach chairs. Great place!

Outstanding stay

I'll start with perfect communication with the host who frequently write about our incoming dates, information, procedures, our needs during the stay, tips about the surrounding area. We stay after an hurricane and had concerned but were reassured by the host and have zero negative point to say. Access, checkout procedures, questions during our stay, troubleshooting, everything was handled perfectly.The house is located in a very calm and welcoming neighborhood. Close to all amenities, room for 2 cars outside and 1 in the garage. It's as described except VRBO website mentioned a Hot Tub/spa but there was none. Full access to a basic gym and pool located nearby within the cammunity at walking distance. Inside, you could find the very basics for cooking. It ws very clean with plenty of storage/wardrooms and walkins. We do not hesitate to highly recommend this host and house and personally will book againd for our stay if available.

Cozy, clean, great location

Our stay at Ali & Nina’s place was an absolute delight. The condo is comfy, cozy, well stocked, and very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and outstanding location. The owners were friendly, helpful, very responsive to questions. Given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

October visit

The townhouse is spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable. The location is close to downtown Sarasota, the beaches, shopping, restaurants, and Lakewood Ranch where we have family. The neighborhood is quiet - can not hear the neighbors; no road or airplane noise. We would definitely stay at this rental again.
