The park itself is a standout feature, with spacious green areas, walking paths, playgrounds, an outdoor adult fitness center, and sports facilities including tennis courts—perfect for outdoor activities and family fun. Residents also enjoy access to a community pool for relaxation or exercise.



Despite its quiet and serene vibe, Arlington Park is conveniently located near downtown Sarasota, putting shops, restaurants, cultural attractions, and beautiful Gulf Coast beaches just minutes away. ✔ Guests must clean up after pets; additional cleaning fee may apply



Pool:

✔ Pool and spa are not enclosed; minor debris may occur between cleanings

✔ Skimmer provided for guest use



Additional Fees & Policies:

✔ Any damages during the stay will be billed at cost of replacement

✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited; $250 fee if detected

✔ Failure to follow trash instructions and place bins on the curb on designated trash days: $150 fee



Garbage Collection:

✔ Bins located on the right side of the house

✔ Pickup: Fridays (Recycling & Trash)

✔ Place containers at the curb starting 5 PM the day before; must be curbside by 6 AM on collection day

✔ Bring empty containers in by 10 AM the day after collection
