Il nostro piccolo segreto - Canal Front Pool Home - vicino alle spiagge

  • Posizione, posizione (vedi mappa): Ci sono sette miglia di spiagge incontaminate di sabbia color quarzo che brillano lungo la nostra isola e sarete seduti a pochi passi. Niente tra te e le acque salate e azzurre, ma un'applicazione per la protezione solare e un paio di ribaltamenti (puoi vedere l'accesso alla spiaggia della 66esima Strada di fronte alla casa delle vacanze). Avrai una breve passeggiata di 5 minuti o 1 minuto in bicicletta fino alla spiaggia.

    Ma con questa casa vacanze in posizione perfetta hai anche la possibilità di portare la tua barca o mettere i tuoi kayak sul molo. Visita un banco di sabbia con le sue meravigliose conchiglie o l'isola di "Egmont Key" con la sua fauna selvatica e le sue meravigliose spiagge. O una gita in paddle con i kayak attraverso il mare azzurro, accanto a lamantini e delfini.

    Prepara i tuoi drink a casa e cammina verso la spiaggia per questi incredibili tramonti nel Golfo del Messico. Con questo beachhouse puoi avere tutto.

    Rinfrescati nella piscina cristallina al ritorno dalla spiaggia o in gita in barca, rilassati nella quiete, tropicale e spaziosa area giardino mentre osservi i pesci che saltano e gli aironi nel canale. Continua a sederti sotto l'area esterna coperta della piscina quando sarai sorpreso da questo breve "sole liquido della Florida" durante il tuo barbecue e divertiti.

    Ti piace giocare a tennis, passeggiare per negozi o ristoranti locali? Entrambi ti portano a soli 5 minuti di passeggiata.

    I giocatori di golf possono godersi il Key Royale Golf Clup in 3 minuti di auto, mentre il resto della festa cammina verso la spiaggia o verso i negozi locali o godersi l'atmosfera tranquilla che solo una casa sul canale può offrire.

    Fai un giro sull'Isola Trolley, libero e con aria condizionata, appena dietro l'angolo. Funziona dalle 6 alle 22 in un ciclo di svago attraverso Anna Maria City, Holmes e Bradenton Beaches per portarti ovunque nell'area. Perché è così vicino alla casa vacanze che puoi usare come "navetta privata".

    Le due camere degli ospiti sono ensuite con il loro bagno, mentre la camera da letto principale ha un ingresso privato, soffitto a volta e un bagno che dispone di una doccia in vetro, vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi e anche un bidet. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, le altre due camere da letto hanno due letti singoli, che possono essere messi uno accanto all'altro.

    La zona giorno e una delle camere da letto hanno porte scorrevoli in vetro sul ponte della piscina e una bella vista sul canale.

    La cucina �� ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, una stufa in vetroceramica, un forno, un fianco, un forno a microonde, un tostapane e una macchina da caff��.

    Nel garage troverete una nuova lavatrice (Frontloader) e un asciugacapelli per la vostra convenienza.

    Accesso gratuito ad internet ad alta velocità incluso. 3 TV LED per il tuo intrattenimento.

    Il riscaldamento della piscina elettrica è facoltativo a un costo aggiuntivo ($ 120 per la prima settimana e $ 10 per ogni notte aggiuntiva).

Clean, Sun, and lots of fun!

This house is terrific. Excellent location and amenities. The house is right in the middle of everything. Easy walk to the beach. Everything you could possibly need in a vacation home. The home is extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Had an excellent time

Outstanding location, right on channel with boat deck and also close to beaches, restaurants and shops on beautiful Anna-Maria Island. Property itself is very nice & practical and is in excellent condition, floors and bedroom furniture look and feel renewed. Same for beautiful pool. Can only recommend, will be back!

Needs TLC

While we enjoyed our stay in this property it got off to a somewhat rocky start and our concerns really did not get fully addressed until the latter stages of our time. In no particular order our frustrations stemmed from the following; 1) It was extremely difficult to communicate with Suncoast Realty and their agents. No phone ‘s, no responses or late/ slow responses overall. Total web-based response system. No local office or staff; 2) Suggest owners provide a manual on how to operate TV. Did have a rep from Suncoast come to the house and go through how to operate the TV, but something in writing in the house would have been a great help; 3) The showers were very dirty/ moldy and we did our best to clean them. They need bleaching at the very least, and preferably complete re-grouting. There were dust bunnies on the ceiling by the ceiling vent in the dining area generated by the AC coming on. This was mentioned in a 2019 renter review, but apparently never addressed. We did change the furnace air filter and clean the ceiling; 4) Ceiling fans were pretty much inoperable. 3 new fans were installed later in our stay! 5) The pool light was burnt out and subsequently the entire light was replaced; 6) The window and door blinds are old and broken and need replacing; 7) One of the sliding glass doors did not work at all when we got there. It was then serviced and was considerably better after that; 8) The lawn service was marginal at best. They were only there twice as far as we know and they did not mow around or under anything in the yard. The pool area had many weeds growing up inside the lanai. When we first saw the yard guys he said they would be doing it the next week. They didn’t show up and we subsequently pulled them all ourselves; On the plus side the location and overall layout of the house were very nice. The beach supplies and bicycles also very nice. After nagging Suncoast enough we started getting responses and some satisfaction on our requests and concerns. The local service people that came out were very efficient and were able to fix most if not all the items we have mentioned. It should be noted that several items on our list were the same that were mentioned in a review back in 2019! All in all, the house needs a deep clean. Suncoast’s response was generally “we will notify the cleaning people and make sure things are better after you leave and the next renters arrive”. Really? Weren’t we paying for this already?

Home Away From Home

My family and I stayed at the blue house for 2 months. It was wonderful. The easy walk to the beach, the great food, fishing in the backyard after swimming in the pool. We can’t wait to return.

A perfect vacation home close to the beach

We had a great time on Anna Maria. The location is perfect and close to all, beach, shopping , free Shuttle bus, tennis courts…. Well the home is from the sixties with its old Florida Charme. We found everything as shown on the pictures and we loved to relax in the backyard by the huge pool. It was very clean and we felt at home (all ceiling fans were working). Heidi the manager was perfect. We had some bulbs to exchange, it happened within a day. For our need the mattresses were comfortable and all mattresses were covered with a clean topper. We loved to use the beach toys in the garage especially the beach cart and cooler. For us the perfect place by a very good rental price comparing with other homes on this island.

This rental is in a good location with a pool and canal in the back. However, it had many issues. The place was not very clean- air vents full of dust carpets were old and dirty. Mattresses on the beds were old and uncomfortable. Two ceiling fans didn’t work one had a missing blade. The lock on the dishwasher was not working properly- the dishwasher was very old. The kitchen lights worked occasionally. The rental needs a lot of TLC. The house has potential but the owner has to put some money into it to compete with other rentals in the immediate area.

We were very satisfied, used to being on the beach but loved the quiet neighborhood on the canal!

Close to everything! Very comfortable. Disappointed that we would have had to pay to heat the pool! A little costly for us. Would like to return with the same ammenties and location or nearer to beach access but at a lesser cost.

Great vacation rental with boat dock and boat storage at the entrance of key royale. perfect for boating and shortest walk to the beach of any key royale home. clean and nicely renovated as well.large pool

Beautiful setting

I stayed just with my fiancee. We all plenty of of space, the house is pretty and had been equipped to a high standard. The pool and dock were good for relaxing and the beach is a short walk or bike ride. Probably the best location in the Key Royale neighborhood (because it's so close to the beach). The home was clean. We found free bikes to take in the garage. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and take out places. We did cook one night for 2 befriended couples. There is a special Old Florida atmosphere on the island and you are only a short drive to the mainland if you want to go shopping. This is an excellent area to visit and we will be back! .

Perfect location on Anna-Maria Island

Me, my wife and my 3 teenage kids stayed in this beautiful house for our one week vacation on Anna-Maria Island. We spent lots of vacation weeks on Anna-Maria over the last many years, always loved it a lot. This house and location just makes the best out of it all - really close to the beaches, tennis courts, as well as the nice shops and restaurants of Holmes Beach and Anna-Maria. Renting a boat is another great option, the way out of the canals to the bay is very short form this location. And nothing beats the screened pool after a sunny day at the beach or Egmont Key. The house itself is very nicely decorated, in perfect condition and super-clean. Can only recommend this little paradise!

Wonderful vacation home

This vacation was our best yet as a family. This home is absolutely wonderful. All the comforts and conveniences of our own home. We have 3 children and I am a clean freak. I usually spend the first day of any stay cleaning and sprucing. No need for that here. Exceptionally clean and meticulously cared for. Everything smelled and looked fresh and clean. Having the pool and the canal were fantastic additions. We all enjoyed the pool and my son enjoyed fishing in the canal. The bikes, beach accessories, shop vacuum were the icing on top. Location of the home is very convenient to the beach and a nice short bike ride. There is a small bridge down the street we rode bikes to and saw Dolphins-amazing! We rented extra bikes from Beach Bums- they will even deliver to this home. The beaches are the best we've seen, comparable to water in Cancun and Jamaica. Beautiful clear water, every one of us enjoyed the water- that's not typical for my picky crew! I'm usually ready to get back home after 7 days of vacation, but not this time, we were all sad to have to say goodbye to this place. We will be renting from you again!!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
