This bright and spacious split level 4BR/2Bath home will not disappoint. You will enjoy the open floor concept and just a quick drive to UTC Mall, Benderson Park, Siesta Key or Lido Beach for a morning stroll on the fine white sand or evening sunset. Although shops, restaurants & the barrier islands are a short drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

When you walk through the front door of this split level home, you will enter the foyer. Up the stairs is the main living space with an open style layout and an abundance of natural sunlight. The living room overlooks the kitchen and dining room with doors opening up to the back patio which over looks the pool area. Relax in comfort on the over-sized sofa in the spacious living area. Off of the living room is the hallway where you'll find the guest bathroom, King suite with the ensuite bathroom and two more queen bedrooms. Back down the hall and to the living area, you'll take the stairs down to the foyer and to the lower level of the home. Here you'll find the second primary King suite with a cozy sitting area, coffee bar and mini refrigerator. Off the sitting area is a sliding glass door that leads to the pool and the ensuite bathroom. The ensuite features a huge open closet, double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Also on the lower level, is the oversized two car garage and laundry room. This home was recently refreshed and comes completely furnished (including a fully stocked kitchen) with refrigerator, microwave, range, washer/dryer, and two car garage. (Not available for parking) Really cute private patio perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at night! Off street parking included.

Fruitville

My husband and I spent the month of March at Alyce’s rental in Fruitville. It was exactly what we saw in the photos of the property. You will want for nothing, whatever you need for anything is already there for you. The suite downstairs was beautiful, guests had their own space, giving everyone privacy. The pool was a nice bonus, we would advise adding a cage or cutting down the live oak as it is a messy tree. It doesn’t give much shade. The backyard is very nicely appointed with enough seating for guests.We would definitely recommend a stay at Alyce’s rental.
