Appartamento al piano terra 2/1, tutti i comfort ad un buon prezzo!

La "Perfect Getaway", questo appartamento con giardino di Bay Oaks si trova a meno di 1 minuto a piedi dalla piscina, dal molo di pesca o dalle griglie per barbecue e dall'area picnic sul lungomare. La cucina di livello superiore con ripiani in granito, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e cucina completamente attrezzata si apre su una grande area della stanza, incluso un set da pranzo per 4 e una confortevole zona soggiorno con TV HD da 55 pollici. Il patio schermato fuori dal soggiorno è ombreggiato da una delle tante querce giganti. Il lato della camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV HD da 40 pollici, cassettiera, comodini e ampio armadio; adiacente area lavabo a specchio con servizi igienici separati e bagno con doccia full size. Di fronte al condominio ha una camera per gli ospiti compatta con letto matrimoniale, mini comò e mini armadio. Non sono ammessi più di 4 ospiti e non sono ammessi animali. Bay Oaks dispone di campi da tennis, club house con biliardo e lavanderia a gettoni accanto alla piscina. La fermata del tram di fronte vi porta alla spiaggia pubblica, al villaggio e ad altre famose fermate. È inoltre possibile raggiungere a piedi o in bicicletta il lungomare più vicino entro 0. 2 miglia. I militari attivi e i primi soccorritori ottengono uno sconto del 10% con un documento d'identità valido. Goditi tutto l'ambiente e i servizi di Siesta Key che vivono ad un buon prezzo!

Dated but value for money for the location

Good location on Siesta Key with a trolley stop right outside. Resort backs onto the bay where there is a nice picnic area, BBQ and fishing pier.The pool area is a good size but there are no parasols to escape the midday sun.The clubhouse has a great selection of used books and a quality pool table.The condo was dated but sufficient for the price and location. It lacked some basic facilities like chopping board, place mats and facilities were generally poorly equipped.Bikes were provided which was a bonus.Beach facilities were provided but mostly old and in poor condition.Good responsive communication from the owner.

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Our host Brent was very responsive and communicated with us very well and was very nice. Bonus were having bikes included with the rental! Manager of Bay Oaks was on site and was very helpful! Pool was very nice also!

Excellent stay!

Close to everything we needed! Checking in couldn't have been easier. Brent was very nice and always responded right away. We rented a car, but the trolley stop was right out front. My daughter and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo. Thanks for a great vacation!

Peaceful vacation

Very nice unit in a quiet community. The pier is relaxing with chairs available. Clean and comfortable. Pool was warm and not crowded. Great owner and quick to respond. Will be back again

A very comfortable place to stay

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the availability of secure Wi-Fi as I was telecommuting for my job. Brent, the owner was so helpful in dealing with my emergency. If I had the chance, I would definitely rent there again.

Perfect location

This property has all you need for a great stay in a incredible area. We welcomed the bikes and beach equipment. Plenty of towells and shampoo/ conditioner and an iron and hairdryer. This co.mplex is great value for the area, the pool is refreshing! People in the complex are so friendly. Brent was very efficient in communicating. Would highly recommend.

Joe & Inna: stayed September 23-29, 2023. Absolutely beautiful, cozy and clean condo supplied with all kitchen/bathroom/beach needs. Great location on Siesta key, 1 mile away from the paradise beach. Great place to vacation

This place was perfect for me and my adult kids!! We loved it! It was clean, neat, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location and absolutely loved the dock. The owner was very easy to communicate with! Had stuff for the beach and shampoo conditioner….everything needed for the kitchen! Will stay here again.highly recommended!!

Swing and a miss….

Online photos are deceiving. Property photos and owner descriptions are the only tools renters have when choosing a property. Check in process was fine. Condo complex is older. Condo itself was deplorable. Day 1- I ended up spending 2.5 hours on the phone with VRBO and ended up staying the night at a hotel 40 min away from Siesta Key. Sent VRBO agent photos of condo condition. Stains on living room furniture coverings, stains on master room’s bedding, floors need replacing (and I when I say replacing - I mean 10 years ago they probably needed to be replaced because of so much grime that had accumulated in grout and in the divet lines of tiles), dirt in every corner of baseboards, found 2 bugs in the unit, sliding glass door sticks when opening/closing, needed a paint job because of markings on walls and doors. VRBO ended up contacting owner and stating that he was on his way over to the unit to speak with me. I felt extremely uncomfortable with this proposed resolution because I was a female traveling alone. The owner was not polite whatsoever; he basically called me “special” because he stated he only had issues with about 1 in every 50 guests. I guess I am special because I do expect basic cleanliness of places I plan to sleep in! I texted owner about an hour after he left to tell him that I had left the condo and was not returning. We had agreed on a refund but he did not refund me for the first night (even though I didn’t stay there). He states that I had showered and used towels and I guess that justified him not reimbursing me for that night even though I had to pack everything back up and drive 40 min and pay $125 for a night’s stay at a hotel. And just to clarify, I used maybe 2 wash cloths and did not shower. There’s no way I was showering in that condo. I wouldn’t even walk barefoot in there, much less shower. Owner’s email to me post departure was equally as condescending and rude as our face to face meeting, which wasn’t surprising to me. Needless to say, I will not be renting anymore places on VRBO in the near future. I had booked many places on this web site but this experience was horrible. A day of my vacation wasted by being on hold with VRBO, packing, unpacking, packing again and driving 40 min away from my beach vacation site, only to land in Punta Gorda for the remainder of my time in Florida. FYI - my new place in PG was absolutely spotless and I had zero issues. Best of luck to this unit in Siesta Key….it needs major help.

Really grateful for the stay at this condo

We are 60+ years old. We came after spring break and it was nice and quiet. We appreciated having the blender, we used it daily. The bikes were in good shape and we had fun riding them. The location was good for us, we could walk or drive to the beach access points. Brent was quick to respond when we had a question or simple request. We would consider staying at the same condo again.

We spent the month of January 2023 in this unit. The location was great and Brent was very easy to work with. We had a couple of issues that he addressed quickly for us. I agree with a couple of other reviewers that the place could use a deep cleaning. I noticed during our stay that there were some Damp Rid bags hanging in a couple of places, but didn't think much of it until we got home and noticed a musty smell on our clothes upon unpacking. If you are sensitive to mold you might want to rethink this unit. Many thanks to Brent for his hospitality!
