Private Beach Oasis

Absolutely enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. The beach is right outside your door. We saw dolphins, stingrays and a manatee on our stay. We do not like crowded beaches and this location was perfect! Condo was very clean. Highly recommend.

Great Location / Great Rental

Took a quick weekend getaway to the beach and chose this rental. Glad I did! Though, I brought a vehicle, there were numerous walkable (.5 miles or less) restaurants close by. You can walk from the unit, directly down to the beach. It was stocked with kitchen utensils, a few games, books, and beach accessories. Would 100% recommend.

Pre-Spring-Break-Escape

Great location with beach and beautiful sunsets right outside the door. The unit was clean, neat, and equipped with everything we needed right down to beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler. Walking distance to many casual restaurants and shopping. This made for a great "pre-spring-break-escape". Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay 2nd time

This is our 2nd time staying at Martha’s property. It’s very clean and is exactly as pictured. The beach is literally at the bottom of your stairs. Martha had thought of everything- beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels and a cooler. Highly recommend this property.

Great Week!

This condo was perfect for us! It was furnished as pictured and had a great view for sunsets. The unit had adequate kitchen equipment, beach accessories and linens. We had no issues all week. We will be back!! Thanks Martha!!

Beautiful!

This listing looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, beautiful view, perfect location. We arrived a couple hours before checkin and got a message we could check in early which was awesome! Right next door to the Kokonut Hut which was convenient. Only downside was the trip was not long enough. Thank you so much Martha! We will be back!

Great Location!

This property was a great location right on the beach with a fantastic view, especially at sunset! This 1 bedroom condo was exactly as dipicted and the property manager was quick to repond to any questions. There were restaurants within a short walking distance including Wicked Cantina and Bridge Tender witch were both excellent. This was our second stay and can't recommend this property enough.

Beautiful and great location

Check in was super easy.. unit was very clean and had everything you could need. The view was spectacular- saw dolphins from the front door and a great sunset every night. Didn’t need our car to go anywhere!

Perfect beach vacation

Martha’s unit is very clean, easy to access, and the location cannot be beat. Walk down the steps and your feet are already on the beach. She provides every amenity you could need for a week at the beach- umbrellas, chairs, noodles, even some sunscreen. Location is in convenient walking distance to several restaurants. The free trolley has north and southbound stops directly outside the building, which is super convenient. We can’t wait to come back!
