Sunseeker Haven situato al 302 24th St North Unit B a Bradenton Beach è una vacanza di lusso con due camere da letto e due bagni. È incastonato tra la bellissima Anna Maria Sound e le acque turchesi del Golfo. Goditi l'intero piano superiore spazioso del condominio di due unità. Hai porte francesi che si aprono sul tuo balcone privato di 200 piedi quadrati con una splendida vista sulla baia, le albe sono mozzafiato! Le nostre migliori spiagge di sabbia di zucchero sono a soli 3 minuti a piedi alla fine di questa tranquilla strada residenziale.

Il Sunseeker Haven è un tranquillo rifugio dotato di una zona soggiorno e pranzo aperta con una cucina completamente attrezzata e dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. C'è un televisore a schermo piatto da 52 "nel soggiorno e un televisore a schermo piatto da 32" nella camera da letto principale.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, bagno privato con vasca da giardino e doccia. C'è anche una grande cabina armadio. La seconda camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale con bagno annesso. C'è anche un materasso gonfiabile queen.

Avrai anche un garage per una macchina e un posto auto assegnato fuori strada. Goditi il tuo tempo in questa casa vacanza lontano da casa. Nel garage c'è un carrello con un ombrellone e 2 sedie a sdraio e teli mare per la vostra comodità da portare in spiaggia.

Great house for the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic essentials and cookware. King bed was uncomfortable and had large piece of foam on top of mattress. Stand up shower had great water pressure and shower head.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the deck. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and beach gear. We especially loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water.The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Great unit, property depends on who is staying below

Very clean and spacious unit. Close walk to ocean. This unit is owned separately and managed by another company than the below unit. The below unit permits pets. So we listened to two very large dogs bark all week. The below unit tenants may have had the same instructions as our unit, or may not have. They left their belongings thrown all around the shared stairwell and downstairs, too (shoes, towels, swimsuits, wagons and chairs). The below unit tenants used their driveway for two cars, and with no regard to the fact that the upstairs unit was occupied by us, parked a huge truck in the small drive that led to the under unit parking. We had about eight inches to squeeze past in order to reach the stairway each evening. So, no fault to the unit we rented, but I’d caution that you won’t know who is staying below, nor their manners, given different rules and management. For this reason, I probably would not choose to rent this property again. It’s a shame as a few rotten eggs ruined it for the upstairs unit.

Spring Break at Sunseeker Haven

The property was large and well-maintained. The location was great. You could see the bay side from the balcony and it was only blocks from the beach. It was also pretty quiet. Having access to the bikes in the garage as well as everything needed for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, water toys) was a huge plus and we used it all multiple times. The bathroom decor was a bit dated and the showers could have used a better cleaning, and the floors could have been swept or vacuumed better, particularly in the bedrooms. Also, the utensils and kitchenware were not very clean (dishwasher issue?) and some of the cabinet handles were sticky. So, whoever cleans the place could do a better job. But, overall, the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only small complaint we had was that you could hear the people in the unit below when they were out on their balcony, whether we were inside or out on our balcony. We would probably stay there again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful beach condo

Sunseeker Haven is just as wonderful as it is in the photos. We loved the balcony with dining table, relaxing chairs, grill, and view of the water...especially seeing the sunrise. Great new kitchen. Garage full of bikes and Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas was so helpful, and just a two block walk to the beach! Caution: do not park on the street in front of the condo, not even for 15 minutes. Street parking will get you a ticket, even though there are no No Parking signs anywhere.

Extremely well-equipped for 2-week stay

Our family stayed for two weeks during the winter of 2024 and found this a perfect place for us on Anna Maria Island. The condo has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one of the bathrooms can also be accessed from the hallway), as well as a pullout sofa (which we didn't need, but could be handy for a larger group). The kitchen was probably the best equipped rental we've ever stayed in, and the garage contained almost everything needed for outdoor activities, including a cart for hauling everything to the beach and bikes/bike helmets for tooling around the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is extremely quiet, a mix of rentals and owner-occupied homes. The condo is also located at one of the slimmest parts of the island, with the porch facing the bay just a block away and the gulf just three blocks in the other direction. The only two problems were that you have to climb two flights of stairs to the condo (minor for us but potentially a problem for those with disabilities) and you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach (although there are several nearby crosswalks and drivers seems fairly willing to stop for pedestrians). All in all, we'd recommend this rental to anyone staying for a while on Anna Maria Island.

Property was immaculate and we were very pleased with every aspect of this trip. Neighbors were very friendly and shared some great tips on restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Everything you've ever wanted

Fabulous property! Very well laid out and classy decor! Location was great, just a few block walk from beach and quiet neighborhood. We found that the house had everything we needed. The property managers were wonderful as well and instructions were simple and easy to follow. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the extras like beach chairs, wagon and umbrella, without those we would have had a difficult time sitting for hours on the beach without turning into lobsters! Highly recommend this property and will have on my list to stay again!

Clean and convenient!

Communications with the owner company was extremely clear and fast. Any time I had a call with question the property management was fast to pick up. The property was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy a dinner night. The location is excellent as well with a short less than five minute walk to the beach. Overall the property exceeded my expectations and I would be more than happy to stay again if we ever come back to Anna Maria!

Loved it!

We loved our vacation at Sunseeker Haven. The condo was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. The extras like bikes, chairs, wagon, etc was really nice. Location was fantastic. We enjoyed the view of the bay from the deck, and a short walk to the beach. Property manager was great to work with on check in/out.

Great winter getaway

This is a fantastic property. The location is great. 2 blocks to an uncrowned beach. Nice view of the bay from the deck. Very tastefully decorated. And the unit has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Very responsive property management. We had one small issue with a toilet that kept running and it was fixed within an hour of our call. I can only think of one possible negative, not for us, but if you don’t like stairs, the unit is 2 flights up. We rented for the whole month of January, and loved our decision to rent this unit.

Sun Seeker Review

The property/rental was beautiful. Very clean and great view of the bay. However, the red tide was horrible and forced us to stay inside (dead fish smell, cough, burning eyes, etc…). Having a nice place to stay inside helped as the owner has done a great job with the place. Unfortunately, after several years of traveling there, we will be looking elsewhere to vacation.

Beautiful Sunseeker Haven

This is by far the nicest VRBO/condo we have ever stayed in. This property is beautiful comfortable and extremely well equipped. We actually did not realize that we would have a view of the water and it was spectacular. We used and enjoyed every single part of this condo. We were very disappointed when we inquired about renting this property for one month next year that it was already booked. Our whole experience was just outstanding.
