Abbiamo un bellissimo 2 piani - 2 camere da letto 2 1/2 bagni che può ospitare 4. TV in tutte le camere da letto e Smart TV in salotto. Situato sulla Laguna delle Tartarughe, siamo a pochi minuti a piedi da Turtle Beach. Puoi raggiungere a piedi i ristoranti vicini e la spiaggia e goderti i tramonti più belli che hanno reso Siesta Key famosa in tutto il mondo. Completamente arredato con tutti i comfort di casa tra cui Hi-Speed WI-FI e accesso Smart TV. Questa casa vacanza si trova in un'ottima posizione. La comunità di Cozy Cove, composta da sei unità intime, comprende una piscina in comune, un parcheggio riservato e l'accesso alla darsena proprio accanto alla rampa della barca pubblica. Puoi lasciare la tua barca ancorata al nostro molo privato. Noleggio barche e sport acquatici disponibili dall'altra parte della strada. This is our second time staying here and we had a wonderful time. We spent most of the days dropping our paddle boards into the water and paddling down to midnight pass. The convenience of being close enough to restaurants but still being far enough away to enjoy our quiet time was a perfect mix! Can’t wait to return!

Quiet & Convenient: Near Turtle Beach

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious property, ideally located within a short walk of both the lovely Turtle Beach and a convenient trolley stop. Condo had everything we needed, very clean.

Spring Break

We stayed during spring break and had a great time. The sunsets at Turtle Beach were better than Siesta Key Beach. If you're traveling with teenagers, you may want to get closer to town as its too far to walk (9 miles). Families with young children and adults you can't go wrong with the location. The island is full of construction due to last season's hurricanes so there's a lot of noise (after 9am). The pool is not heated and too cold to swim in other than that I would stay again.

Great location

Great location. The condo was very clean. Vic was very easy to communicate with and he was prompt to respond. The one problem we had, which was a big one, was that vrbo listed the condo with having an elevator but it doesn’t have one. The couple traveling with us was disabled so they had to find a hotel to stay at which was across the bridge. We were not able to enjoy the lovely condo as we’d hoped. Vrbo did work with us.

Great Location

The unit is in a great location - quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Turtle Beach and close to Siesta Key and Sarasota Beaches. The free trolley is a short walk away which can take you to those beaches. The unit was spotless, well decorated and provided us with everything we needed to make a few meals. The picture taken from the water is a bit deceiving as the unit is not the one at the front looking over the water but rather 3 units further back from the water. There are however views of the lagoon from the balcony and there is lots of room outside by the pool and in front of the unit to sit and watch the wildlife and kayakers go by. Vic responded immediately to any inquiries we had and was quick to replace a few items that were needed. Both Siesta Key and Sarasota have many sites to explore. We enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Loved the location

We have stayed at this property 2 times. We have really enjoyed the location because you can use the trolley to go to the village. The condo itself could use some updating, but it is very comfortable. Vic, the host, is very accommodating. If you need something, just call him. He will take care of it.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our first time visiting Siesta Key and staying at this particular location. The condo is great and perfectly roomy! My family very much enjoyed fishing from the dock in the evening and seeing manatees at the same time. The owner was very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries as well!! Thank you!

Month stay

Quiet area of Siesta Key with trolley access. Very comfortable bed and great communication with host. Pool is beautiful but not heated. Enjoyed sitting by lagoon and watching the dolphins. Would stay again.

Cozy Cove 9026

The Condo was clean and nice. Felt like home. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy!! :) 4 pillows for the master bed, however it might be time for new pillows. Then were kinda flat and hard for our liking. I like that it had 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The Condo is in a good location and it was very quiet in the area. Very peacfull and relaxing. I guess the only negative thing is that the ice maker doesn't work. Not a big deal, we just bought Ice at the 7-11 in town and put in the freezer. We purchased small and medium sized coolers for our stay. We donated them to the Condo for future guests. Only suggestion is to get a guest book to sign and fill some stuff in about their stay. This is a good way for people to compliment the house and area and add restaurant suggestions and activities in the area. Just a thought. Thanks again we had a very nice relaxing vacation!! : )

Perfect beach getaway

We enjoyed this property so much! The beds are the most comfortable and everything you needed was there. Right outside we were able to see the manatees making their morning appearance. Highly recommend this rental. It's away from the busy area yet so close to anything you want to do. Freewheelin by Ian is the best way to ride for a night out without worrying about driving.
