Welcome to Palm Paradise! A Serene and private 3-bedroom home close to beach!

WELCOME TO PALM PARADISE! Your oasis in the middle of EVERYTHING Sarasota! From the world-famous beaches to the theater, to the restaurants, to downtown, this location is close to it all! As you enter, you will feel the warmth by the well-appointed furnishings and the open concept living, which leads to a nicely furnished, totally private, fully enclosed lanai and HEATED SALT pool! The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances as well as all the necessary equipment to make anything from a nice cup of coffee to a gourmet meal. The living area boasts a 75" TV with Xfinity cable and DVR so you won't miss any of your favorite shows. The Florida room has ample space to hang out, watch TV as well as a desk and chair in case work demands your presence. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and other necessities to ensure you won't have to do laundry when you get home. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite for your total privacy! The second bedroom has a queen bed and more-than-ample closet space. For the little ones, the third bedroom has two twin beds that share the main full bath with a spacious make up area for the ladies. Every area in the home, INCLUDING the lanai, have Wifi-enabled TV's so that all can watch their favorite shows and sporting events! For the fur babies, the back yard has the space they need to run around and relieve themselves with doggy poop bags at your fingertips. The home is situated on a corner lot with a one car garage and a second driveway for your boat or RV. PLEASE NOTE: For your protection, safety and security as well of that of the owner, cameras have been placed around the outside perimeter of the house, covering all entrances and are actively monitored, but there are none in ANY of the interior spaces of the home so that your ultimate privacy and peace of mind are maintained. Pool will be heated from November 1 thru April 1 and maintained between 86 and 88 Degrees Fahrenheit. Luxury bed linens and towels are provided for your added convenience. Nothing to do but bring your personal items and enjoy all this home and the surrounding area has to offer!

The house was perfect for my family and offers everything you need! My daughter loved having a pool and with it being heated, she was able to use on the cooler days! The location is very convenient to shopping and of course many beaches! The host is very responsive should you need to reach out. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is beautifully landscaped, and the pool area was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The house was extremely clean and felt very spacious, and we loved how both of the bathrooms had doors leading right out to the pool area. All of your basic household necessities were included, as well as a Pack N' Play and high chair for littles. There were also a ton of pool floaties/toys and beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, beach wagon, beach totes, coolers, etc.). We were very sad to leave such an amazing place!

Paul and Victor were awesome to deal with they really took great care of us. The home was exactly as described and we couldn't have been happier. We weren't sure if we actually needed a home with a pool. But we are so glad we did. So clean and a great way to end our nights. Thanks again Paul for everything, we look forward to the rerun. My experience at this house was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, you can see the care, cleanliness, and attention to detail that the hosts put into everything. The property is spacious, comfortable, and very cozy—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The pool was definitely one of the biggest highlights: clean, well-maintained, and with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you want to stay there all day, whether sunbathing, spending time with family, or simply unwinding.The outdoor area is beautifully kept, with spaces designed to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The whole environment feels private and full of good energy, ideal for recharging. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home.The hosts were excellent—friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Without a doubt, it was a 10/10 experience.I 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
