“My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect.

“The floor room was dirty like if you walke in the room without shoes your feet get super eeooo(dirty) the bed clothes smelled like it’s was not clean. After that front desk guys were so nice and everyone around, at the pool the lifeguard were very focus on the people in the pool.

“The check-in process was fast and efficient.
Our room was clean and well equipped.
TV worked fine and channel selection was good.
The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map.
The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful.
The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!”
