“Staff was really good front desk as well As other staff all were good, property was clean we only faced issue with AÇ cooling which was not up to the mark might be the room was too big as we booked suite otherwise it was good stay”

“Decent rooms. Had booked this hotel for a night stay only. Near to Railway Station. You will have good access to taxi, auto. Part of the hotel is still under renovation. A full open window without any bars and latch is of security & safety concern. Anyone can have access to the room with this window. Staff are good and helpful”

“The floors were unswept. The additional pillows in the cupboard were also so dusty that it caused an allergic reaction. Our rooms were located towards the end of the corridor, where there was dingy/broken furniture and a few male employees always hanging out there which was very uncomfortable everytime we opened the door”

“They did not provide an extra mattress and even refused the breakfast that was included in the price. Disgusting! ”
