House for 4 with terrace in the city center

Welcome to Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in this charming furnished house located right in the city centre, a few steps away from shops, markets and restaurants. Ideal for 4 people, it offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay, as well as a small private terrace at the back to enjoy a moment of calm after your days of discovery. Whether you are history enthusiasts, hikers or food lovers, you will be delighted: stroll through the medieval streets, explore the Lascaux caves, admire the panoramas of the Marqueyssac gardens or let yourself be seduced by neighbouring villages like La Roque-Gageac or Domme.



Push open the entrance door and discover a living area of 30 m². The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave), provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or prefer the one on the terrace, in the fresh air. In the evening, gather in the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a television. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the ground floor.



Go upstairs and discover two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90x190 cm, the second has a double bed 140x190 cm. You will also find a storage corridor for your belongings.



The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but spaces are available in the city's car parks. Please note, they are chargeable from 1st April to 31st October.
