“Although the location is extraordinary and the spa baths, especially in the early morning or at night, are an extraordinary experience, the whole hotel would deserve to be renovated. The carpet is old and dusty, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is definitely to be improved.”

“This resort has an amazing location with a gorgeous view of Lake Hibara and Mt. Bandai, and the Five Colored Ponds. Their staff members are very formal and friendly and has a great restaurant buffet. The rooms and building itself are in okay condition with some scuffs and stains, but overall an excellent place with a very unique gift store with great items like food, snacks, and gifts. The traditional Japanese room is very nice”

“宿泊数週間前に駐車場についてメールで問い合わせをしていましたが、一向に回答が来ない。再信しても結局当日になっても回答がありませんでした。施設の面で、女子風呂の洗い場の排水が悪く、泡と髪の毛が水溜まりになっており、清掃に入られることなく、徐々に排水していくのを待つ状態。また、部屋のユニットバスの洗面台の蛇口を捻っても水が出てこない。しばらくすると勢いよく出る。ホテルの外観は写真では煌びやかな感じで印象が良かったのですが、実際は•••••期待外れでした。アメニティもいまいち。浴衣が長年使ってた感じ。唯一、郷土料理の提供とスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。”
