“We stayed in room 402 on September 16, 2026. The hotel and room were very clean but the mattress of the king bed was more than worn ....it was lumpy and each side had a 4 to 6 inch sag to the mattress foundation. We are seniors and average 20 to 30 stays in hotels across Canada per year. The mattress at the Comfort Inn is by far the worst mattress ever encountered. Do not stay in room 402. We stated the condition to the manager and it had no effect.”

“The room was very clean, nicely set up and had a fridge which made it easy to store the kids milk and beverages. The breakfast options were typical of a continental breakfast. The pool area was fairly clean, the hours were good. The issue was that the water slide does not open until 4pm which limits the morning swimming for kids who are excited about that. The staff we found were quite rude. They watch you like a hawk on the main floor. you aren’t allowed even water as a beverage in the pool...
