“I am torn for giving the Fairmont Banff Springs a 3-star rating, however I just couldn't get over the tiniest hotel bathroom I've ever seen at a luxury property nonetheless. I do have to say that the service at this property is outstanding. The Fairmont Gold experience is fantastic as was the amazing Gold Concierge, Oliver. When I checked in I was assigned an accessible room which I was disappointed with. The concierge on duty assured me they would try to find me another room starting the next...

“The indoor/outdoor was awesome! Loved how the outdoor pool was heated! The restaurant was a bit overpriced and the menu isnt very inclusive to everyones tastes in my opinion. The staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.”

“Staff were very friendly and the best part of our stay. Old building with lots of construction going on. Property sits on the water, but no restaurants or places to really view the water.. Being charged a resort fee ($25/day) at the end of our stay for the parking lot/pool/workout center etc, whether you used them or not, seems really cheesy. Why not tack it onto the price of the room from the beginning, so there’s no surprise at the end.”

“The Westin is always a great property to stay in Whistler village side. Location is ideal and close to the highway but far enough from the late night village noise. The amenities are well appointed and accessible for everyone. Their staff is excellent and offers to help with everything they can. The condo style rooms are a bit tight in space; however, for the convenience of the self-service option in a hotel setting more than outweighs the room size. Will gladly stay again!”
