“Loved the staff.”

“Front desk staff were not rude but not friendly either. Only spoke when spoken to and did not feel welcomed. Cinnamon Bear servers were lovely. Our initial room had a dying light bulb and when addressed to the receptionist they did not offer a new room, instead suggested a mechanic to come but not until the next day which we were only there for a two night stay. Hotel itself is decent but for a Hilton hotel, did not impress me”

“Our stay was lovely. The only thing that could have been improved upon was check in. We were travelling with a newborn and toddler and weren’t able to check in early/there wasn’t any private space to feed/change etc. which would have been useful.”

“I liked the Waterpark even though it's quite small. Bring your own towel, the ones they have are tiny. Room was clean but had a smell to it. The sliding glass door had no screen and the glass was very dirty and hazy. There was no balcony. I don't recommend the breakfast buffet, it's expensive and very much not worth it. The breakfast potatoes tasted like they were from about 5 days ago, there was bacon, scrambled eggs, English muffins, bread (with flies on it), the toaster didn't work well- put...
