“Since our last stay here a number a years ago, it seems the hotel is not as kept up as it was. The staff are unfriendly, the hotel is showing wear and could use an update. There was no water to make coffee in the room, not a good suit,y of towels or even toilet paper. For what is paid for a room now a days these items should be well stocked. Disappointed and will go back to staying at one of the hotels nearby when attending a concert at the casino”

“We arrived early for check-in but the reception staff and valets were so helpful to store our luggage and then deliver it to our room as soon as it was available. The room itself was beautiful. The bathroom was deluxe having both a soaker tub and walk-in shower. It is truly a luxury hotel and the staff are very good at making the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely want to stay again.”
