“A lovely hotel, from before checking in to leaving communication from the hotel was 2nd to none. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are professional and friendly and every little thing was sorted. The car shuttle service is great to Creekside.”

“Staff great, room very clean. Had a problem with room but was moved straight away. The only problem, holes in the sheet. Looks like they were just worn out so started splitting. Hotel going through reno, hope they put in new sheets. Told front desk in morning had parking for free. Its was my go to hotel in Whistler, not sure any more.”

“Very disappointed, the layout of the hotel was boring, not relaxing, over priced, food was good but way too expensive, the serving staff were great, had to wait for over 1 hour, after 3 phone calls for a hairdryer, the resort does not overlook the ocean at all, the grounds were clean but not impressive at all. “The main areas of the property seem quite well maintained. However, when it comes to the rooms that seems to be a different story. We had a two bedroom unit and one bathroom in particular was not very clean. There was a bit of black mould in the corner, which is a big health concern. The toilet also hadn’t been cleaned properly! When I brought this to the attention of the front staff, they apologize but did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. I had even showed them...
