I arrived at this hotel at 1:00 AM after a long drive, only to find the place completely shut down — doors locked, nobody there, completely dark. I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia and received zero notice that this property had closed.
As a truck driver, I don't have the luxury of showing up at a hotel during business hours. I need a guaranteed place to sleep and get back on the road. This reservation...
