“We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has excellent amenities and the room was adequate and most importantly, the bed was comfortable. One issue for me was that it had no bath tub and no wand in the shower. Ladies really do appreciate a wand in the shower for obvious reasons that all ladies would understand. The pool area look amazing although we did not use it, but it certainly looked very nice. The only complaint we had was that the breakfast was expensive for what it was and it was not...

“I enjoyed the mineral pools very much. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, with fast service. The only negative is that I booked a two night stay, but had a medical emergency and left early the morning after arrival, and when I asked hotel staff if I could be re-embursed for the next night, they told me they couldn't do anything, i had to contact Expedia. When I did that, Expedia said they tried contacting the hotel and couldn't get ahold of them. I was eventually told I wouldnt be...

“This is a fave hotel for our family. It is reasonably priced, the pool and slides are great for young kids, the attached pub has decent food (a little pricey), and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are always clean and well taken care of and the staff are honestly some of the best and I travel a lot for work. Definitely recommend it. ”

“It’s not the Waldorf so don’t expect bell boy services and its not a restaurant so the inclusive breakfast is really basic and they don’t cater other meals but staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and generally well maintained and even though you are close to the airport you can’t hear any traffic, plus they have a shuttle that runs every hour to the airport ( you just need to book your ride on it when you check in). We’ve found it is really good place to stay even if we want to stay...
