“We switched to our 3 rd room only because we prepaid thru Expedia and could not get a refund. Our first room lost hydro so they moved us to a second room and we found a carpet beetle on the bed. They said we could go elsewhere but they could not give us a refund and it was after 8 at night so we were upgraded to a suite. In all 3 rooms the beds were indented on both sides of the beds they need new mattresses I bet in all the rooms. We have stayed here before years ago with no problems but it...

“This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. It is a newer hotel that does almost everything perfect. I believe that it offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are nice and equipped with everything that you'd need including an iron and ironing board, microwave, mini fridge, lots of plug-ins. “They were renovating the hotel and painting right next to our room while we had a baby.. would have been better to shut down one wing at a time and paint it while there are no guests. The sauna did not work for a couple hours while we stayed there. My key card stopped working at 11:55 even though check out was not until 12:00 while I was trying to grab the rest of the baby items from my room. I was also charged $5 for parking, but never informed of this until check out and even then no one said...
