  • About this space
    Welcome to our cozy abode. Tastefully designed and furnished 2 Bedroom basement suite perfect for a maximum of 5 guests and located within an exciting new neighborhood in Rosewood, SE of Saskatoon.

    10 mins to Center mall, Cineplex Cinemas, Ruckers Amusement Center, and 5 mins to popular grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls.

    We have made it irresistible for you and want you coming back again.
    The space
    As guests, you have private access to the entire 2- Bedroom basement of approximately 673 sq. ft. of comfort, with a double bed, a Twin size bed, a Queen-size bed, a dedicated workstation in a room, comfort mattresses, and pillows.

    The suite has a modern walk in shower, touch screen wall mounted vanity mirror, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, double sink, oven/stove, over-the-range microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, quartz work top, cookware, spices, coffee maker and more.

    We love great lighting and have (in the kitchen and living area) colour changing spotlights to fit your mood, and in other spaces, we have both warm and daylight temperatures preferences.

    Washer and dryer in-suite and available for use after a minimum 2 days stay.

    Well coordinated 4 seater dining table.

    The living room has a comfortable 3 seater sofa and a pop of throw cushions cordinatng perfectly with accent blankets for cold seasons.

    55-inch Smart TV with Neflix, Prime Video, Youtube, etc.

    Superfast wifi

    Self checkin with keypad. Password will be provided before check-in.

    Fully stocked Linens and towels

    We provide toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap, conditioner, etc

    We welcome you with a fresh variety of fruit bouquets, some snacks, and some ready to use cooking supplies such as potatoes, onions, and vegetable oil.

    This is not a noisy household. Please be respectful, as we love to welcome our guests.

    For our guests' safety, we maintain a high level of cleanliness, and we ask that you follow our cleanliness rules to keep it up to the required standard.

Location was perfect for our needs. In a brand new community and within walking distance to Costco and other amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed and host was easy to communicate with!

An enjoyable stay

My family and I enjoyed our time staying at Afolake's property. The unit is in very good shape and the location was perfect for our holiday plans.Communication with our host was perfect and you really get that home feeling and privacy.

Very Equipped!

They have thought of everything you may need. Stayed in 3 different rentals over the past 4 weeks and this was the best equipped. Pleasant stay.

We were very comfortable and secure staying here, the property is extremely clean and modern. Our hosts provided detailed information and were quick to respond to questions which we appreciated a lot. They also provide a lot of amenities in terms of the basics you need for a stay. The location was easy to find parking was available. Thank you for a great stay, we would stay again in the future.

Would book and stay here again

The owners were good to deal with. It’s located in a new developed area far from traffic so it’s quiet and not busy. It’s a basement suit but we didn’t hear anyone above us. It’s new and very clean. Only down side was you have to book 3 days to have access to the washer and dryer. We would book and stay here again.

Excellent Private Basement Suite

Super clean suite, with fun extras like adjustable coloured lighting in the kitchen/living room areas, and a dual shower head.PROS: Extremely clean, excellent communication from host, three separate beds (two which were very comfortable - the smaller single bed was extremely firm), large washer & dryer with Tide detergent, nicely stocked kitchen with some spices, coffee & coffee maker, sugar, powered milk, plastic wrap, etc.CONS: No hair dryer (so bring your own), no iron, a little light on towels (there were large beach towels, but no face cloths, and only one hand towel), there was a very strong cleaner smell which took a while to dissipate (guests with allergies might have a problem), no sharp kitchen knife (but there were scissors), this suite is located in a relatively new suburb, so is a longer drive to other parts of Saskatoon.
