Federal Palace is a newly built private residence in the lovely new Kensington neighborhood. Home to the Century Park! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Easy entry and exit to all part of the city. less than 5km to the airport. Big retail giants like Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore, Shaw Centre, Lowe's and many more are within 1km radius. Offer complimentary bottle drinking water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate for breakfast!

He is a very humble kind host that is always willing to make your stay feel liel home and his prompt response is exceptional and his hospitality is excellent

False advertising in ad and false reviews. Some reviews are accurate stating the same issues we had. But others are falsified. Tenants upstairs are loud and very little privacy with the windows at ground level for kids to look in. Kitchen is very poorly equipped.

Very clean and nice place. It is listed as a 2 bed 2 bathroom though and behind every door there was not a second bathroom. Coffee and Kurig machine but no sugar or sweetener. Course salt but no grinder. Those are basics when advertising a 2 bed 2 bath.

We were travelling for a double family funeral and required an extended stay. This place was very reasonably priced and was everything we required for an infant and the week that we needed it for. The add did state you got an entire home but was a 2 bedroom basement suite. The free street parking at times meant you were not even on the street and parked around a corner. Do highly recommend for a small family and we would stay again as well.

Victor is a terrific host. The apartment is lovely with high ceilings and easy access. One note is that there is actually only one washroom.

A few friends and I stayed here overnight after a concert. Way cheaper than a hotel, and having a usable full kitchen is a huge plus. The host was very friendly and made sure we had water and tissue. The beds were very comfortable and the fans were a nice touch. We would stay here again!

This is a basement apartment accessed through a gate at the side of the house. Others live above in the main house and this was not indicated in the listing. My son had to go to the front door to ask how to enter because neither the exterior photo nor the entry instructions gave a clear indication that the entrance could only be accessed through a closed gate at the side of the house. The unit has only one bathroom; not two as indicated in the listing. Also, the listing states that the seating area has two queen beds, but that is not possible because there was one couch only in that room. The description is unusually misleading for a VRBO ad, and I would not have booked this rental if I had known these details.

The property is not landscaped. Mud yard. Hot Hot and No air conditioning and is a basement suite and you here all the noise from upstairs Both beds are twins and the amenities in the unit are basic. High priced for what is offered in the basic basement suite
