“Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable. The kitchen was filthy with crumbs, dirty coffee, pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with smudges and sticky substance poured down the front. “This host double booked the property. I contacted the host because I didn’t see the check in instructions in my email. If I hadn’t done this I would have walked in to other people in the home. The host gave a basic sorry for the inconvenience and I will refund the money. This really wasn’t helpful, I had to scramble to find a hotel for my family of 5 while at the airport heading to Florida. Horrible experience.”

“We had an amazing stay at this house in Cape Canaveral. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Kennedy Space Center, which is the main reason we chose this place. We had no neighbors during our stay, so we had the pool all to ourselves—it truly felt like a little paradise. This is a great place for families with small kids. “Place is super cute but the dishwasher was leaking when we walked in. Called Rob and he accommodati g but they sent someone at 7:45 the next morning and we were sleeping; so they just ended up turning it off later that day but it kept leaking . Hot tub was a little dirty and barely warm”
