“This is a very nice hotel with great service. The staff members are very helpful. The property itself is clean but the surrounding is not so great because of the construction work. However the hotel is noise free. The fitness center is under reconstruction after the serious floods of 2023. I have stayed here every time I visited Tirunelveli. I would recommend this place without hesitation. ”

The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness is excellent. They also have a generator, ensuring 24/7 power supply. The restaurant on the premises is another highlight; the staff there were especially kind and helpful, particularly as we were traveling with a 1.6-year-old child.
