  • This amazing NEWER home (2020) has all new furnishings. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, it boasts of outdoor living space with full deck and views of Kalamazoo Lake just across Lake Street. “Under the deck is custom-block patio with an under-deck roof”, No leaks during any rainstorm-- plus a TV with SONOS, two speakers to serve patio, natural-gas fire pit and Weber propane grill. Interior is all natural maple flooring, top quality cabinets with quartz tops, Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. All bathrooms have ceramic floors and showers. The Carriage house (above garage area attached to house by deck) has living area, separate bedroom, bath, mini kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. There is also a sleeper bed in second-story loft and in carriage house. Everything in this home is quality custom craftsmanship, with nothing held back. All TV’s in home equipped with SONOS. There is no comparison to it in the area.

Amazing home for a big family!

Our family had a fantastic stay for 3 nights. The comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, perfectly decorated interior and exterior areas, and well-stocked kitchen made our stay incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with great access!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect for easy walking access to downtown. The fire pit was easy to use and provided a great ambiance each evening.

We loved our stay at this property. The house is new with plenty of space and bathrooms. Great location just walking distance to downtown. We had an awesome stay and are considering coming back next year!Only small comment is that the bathrooms did not have basic toiletries like shampoo / soap which was a surprise!

This is the second time we have rented this home. We absolutely love it!! Having two master bedrooms is a huge plus while vacationing with our adult children and grandchildren The location is great- easy walk into town and short drive to Oval Beach. Very clean and beautiful furnishings. We plan to come back again next summer.

Short walk to shops & restaurants

This house is a nice location as it's just a short walk to restaurants and shops. There was plenty of room for eight adults and four children. Checking in and out was very simple. We enjoyed our stay there

Incredible home in a great location. Very clean, excellent layout, high quality construction, plentiful in house amenities (fire pit, upper deck, sonos, outdoor TV, etc). Make this home your destination for friends and/or family trips, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful

My family enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. Cleanliness of the house was exceptional. It was a perfect location for walking into downtown Saugatuck. We all enjoyed the outside patio with plenty of seating for everyone. Overall, the house met all our needs and expectations.

Amazing home

This was a perfect house for our group! Bright, clean, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Love the outdoor space as well. It’s a short walk into town so no worries about driving/parking. Communication with host was quick and helpful. I recommend this home and I would stay here again.

Party of 6 stayed and we had an amazing stay at this house. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities you could possibly need, making it feel like a real home from home. The beautiful pool and gardens were a real highlight – perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Matteo was the perfect host – friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. He even let us check in a bit earlier due to a change in our travel plans, which made things so much easier. We'd absolutely love to come back!

Bachelorette party heaven!

We rented this house to celebrate my bachelorette party and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for 12 people and amazingly, the kitchen never felt crowded. All the furniture was comfortable, the outdoor spaces were lovely, and the fire pit was a breeze to use! Thank you for sharing this beautiful space

We stayed in this house 2 years ago too.. Check in was easy and smooth! Kitchen is fairly well equipped but could use some storage containers with lids. We really appreciated having an extra roll of paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. The coffee nook is awesome!There is a stain on the couch that could use some cleaning. Love that we can use the garage for additional parking.
