Spacious 5BR, 3BA Waterfront Home w/Fenced Backyard & Private Boat Dock

Relax, Renew & Enjoy the View at Big Blue! This waterfront, pet-friendly property located on the Kalamazoo River is quite simply the best way to vacation in Saugatuck, anytime of the year! Walking distance to downtown, this home has its own private dock for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding or fishing. The main floor has an open floor plan with large kitchen and living area, all with beautiful views of Lake Kalamazoo. On the main floor you will also find the master suite with king bed, bath and walk-in closet as well as a sliding door accessing the outdoor deck. Additionally, there are two other bedrooms: one with twin bunk beds and a queen (3 beds in one room) and the other with a queen bed. You will also find a washer/dryer and bathroom on the main floor. On the upper level of the home, there is a furnished landing with a third bathroom and two more bedrooms. One bedroom is a king bed and the other has two twin beds. The home also has a private driveway that will fit 2-4 cars depending on size. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $100 PER PET FEE

Our stay was wonderful. The home was beautiful inside and out, with a fantastic location. Communication with the property manager was smooth and timely. The property fit our large group comfortably, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Nice house obscene pet fee

5* location, well kept home, huge yard and dock. Stay was soured by a $1000 pet fee ($250/dog) that was not shared on the listing at time of booking.

Wonderful location for easy Saugatuck visit

We had a fabulous long weekend at Big Blue with a group of family friends. The layout makes it easy for each couple/family to have some privacy. We loved the yard with the views and access to Kalamazoo. And the location at the entry to downtown gives you best of both worlds - walk into shop or drive to the lake!

Family vacation

Loved the location of house to downtown and beach. Grandkids loved the dock and they were able to fish. The house was clean and game room was a bonus. Enjoyed sitting on deck and enjoying the lake views.

Perfect vacation spot for our family of 9

Retired grandparents, with adult kids and families had a wonderful time visiting family and enjoying this lakefront property with a wonderful deck, yard with fire pit and walkable to town. The property had everything for us to enjoy our 4 day stay. Host was fantastic and responsive. As we had requested, a pack n play with mattress cover and sheet plus 2 baby chair seats with trays were there when we arrived. House was immaculately clean-babies crawled all over without any problems. Very relaxing trip! We’ll come back!

Nice getaway with a few short falls

House clean. Stated several items would be available for use T/O the stay...not really the case. Large kitchen but everyday things I use not available or in poor condition. Beautiful property and view but no swimming area, dock area weeds/muck. Not allowed to use next door (same company) community pool. Driveway very narrow on a very congested road with NO turn around or areas to store boat/waverunner trailers. This driveway could use a clean up also as there is no where to walk after exiting your vehicle besides going through weeds/tall grasses. School close by mentioned for parking but not close enough to unpack/unload or repack/load vehicles. Very busy downtown with heavy foot traffic. Expensive stay for what you get. Host very friendly, quick communication. We had a good uneventful vacation here but probably won't return.
