Questo affitto settimanale è un affascinante cottage con due camere da letto per una vacanza romantica o per una piccola vacanza in famiglia. Ha una posizione ideale a sole due case da negozi e ristoranti del centro, ma è isolato in un vicolo cieco / vicolo cieco con poco traffico o rumore pedonale. Il cottage ha un patio in pietra molto privato sul retro della camera da letto principale che ha un tavolo e sedie ombrellone e chimenea per romantici fuochi di legna in quelle notti fresche. La grande sala da pranzo / soggiorno ha una grande TV via cavo a schermo piatto / centro di intrattenimento, un tavolo da pranzo e un divano. La cucina è piccola ma è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici inclusa la lavastoviglie. C'è un bagno con vasca / doccia. Il cottage ha l'aria centrale in tutto. Troverete il cottage molto invitante e decorato in stile mediterraneo. Con il suo parcheggio fuori strada per due auto, non dovrai preoccuparti di trovare un parcheggio, che può essere difficile a Saugatuck. Essendo a due passi da tutto in città ti troverai a camminare dappertutto. Vi godrete il vostro tempo in questo cottage e la facilità di accesso al centro e vorrete tornare di nuovo. Il cottage viene affittato settimanalmente durante la stagione estiva e nei fine settimana durante la primavera e l'autunno.

It was a perfect location. we could walk to the Main Street of town where all the shops and restaurants were located..We also enjoyed the back patio. There was off street parking which was a real plus! We would definitely stay again. Jim & Nancy

Just returned and looking forward to staying here again next year. The home was so convenient to everything going on in town yet very quiet and quaint. A little sanctuary right in town. I stayed with my mother and we were able to enjoy the art in the park, farmers market, shopping, and beautiful views along the river- all within a quick walk. The drive to Oval Beach was easy for a beautiful sunset. Excellent location and the property manager communicated with us the day before and the day of arrival making sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend the stay here.

Very nice house for a couple, with a second bedroom with twin beds for kids, plus pet friendly! Great location for easy access to all of downtown Saugatuck, yet on a quiet side street with off street parking, perfect for our 2 week stay. Owners are responsive, detail oriented and local to take care of any issues that might arise. A good find, and we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect little cottage for a weekend getaway. Location was amazing and the cottage was very well kept and nice! Would definitely recommend staying there. Communication with the owners was easy as they truly want you to have a great experience.

We have stayed at this property twice and love it. Very cozy and clean. The location is perfect - its only about a block or less to downtown Saugatuck and across the way from the Chain Ferry. There is parking for 2 vehicles- and thats important cos parking can be very difficult during the summer months.

saugatuck getaway

the cottage is cute, but old and could use updating, the appliances are updated, but the kitchen is very small, the bathroom shower was nice, but the sink and toilet need updating, the bedrooms were fine and the master bed was comfortable, the living area with furniture was okay, didn't like that we felt we needed to clean the place per their laminated instructions even though there is a cleaning fee, communication was great and location is also great, Saugatuck is a nice place to visit for a few days

Tulip Times

Cozy cottage

My daughter and I spent Thanksgiving weekend at this cute and very cozy cottage. How nice it was to be able to walk to town and explore all the fun shops and great restaurants Saugatuck has to offer! We will stay here again that’s for sure! Great communication with the property owners made us feel like we were family!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. We didn't have pets and didn't notice any evidence that this was a pet-friendly place. It's super clean! Very quick communication with friendly owners. Note: One person in our party has a back condition and felt the 3 mattresses were all very firm. The sofa was comfortable for her to sleep on with her back condition.

Another great vacation

We had another great stay at the cottage. The cottage is just perfect for us and is located within a walking distance of dowtown Saugatuck and is a quick drive for day trips to surrounding communities (Holland and South Haven to name a few). Thanks Gary and Janet - we'll see you next year.

Lovely cottage steps away from downtown Saugatuck

My family of three found this cottage ideal for a short fall getaway early October). The house was clean and stocked with essentials, and the hosts were helpful and kind. We were steps away from great restaurants, fun shops, and a nice playground perfect for our 9-year-old son. Plenty of restaurants and shops stay open in the off season, and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. We’re excited to return to Jan’s Cottage for a full week during the summer season to try out the attractions which were closed for the season, including the sand dune ride and the chain ferry.

Location perfection

Clean, cute, well appointed! Private location close to EVERYTHING! Only a 5 minute brisk walk to any part of Saugatuck. Didn’t have to move our car for our entire visit. Home was clean and hosts were responsive to questions and eager to make sure everything was in place for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this place.
