Lake Trail Treehouse

Lake Trail Treehouse ha tutto! Un sacco di spazio in questo cottage 4 camere da 4 minuti minuti da Saugatuck. Rilassarsi nella piscina durante il giorno e nella vasca idromassaggio di notte. Questo cottage ha una grande veranda in veranda per quelle lunghe conversazioni serali con la famiglia e gli amici. Fai smores dal pozzo del fuoco o goditi il calore del caminetto interno per quelle notti fresche o soggiorni fuori stagione. Dirigiti verso il Silver Lake of Saugatuck e goditi la bellezza naturale del fiume Kalamazoo e della riserva. Questo cottage ha davvero tutto. La camera da letto principale ha un re letto, divano, sedia a dondolo, balcone con vista sulla piscina, e un bagno padronale con un doppio soffione, e due lavandini. Camera 2, "The Bunkhouse", ha due letti queen size con 2 letti singoli in cima e un bagno annesso con doccia e due lavandini piedistallo. Queste camere da letto sono al secondo piano. La terza camera da letto, "The Beehive", situata al piano principale, ha un letto matrimoniale con una sedia, TV e un bagno annesso con vasca / doccia combinate. La quarta camera da letto "AJ's Garden" nel livello inferiore ha due letti queen size, una cabina armadio e una tv. Il bagno di livello inferiore ha una combinazione vasca / doccia e lavandino in stile fattoria doppio rubinetto. 80th Bday celebration

Loved the house. Lots of space. Pool was great! Could’ve used a blower or something to get the pine needles away from the pool. Loved the various places to gather. Loved the cooler on the porch. There was a lot of moisture in the house so hard to dry out clothes and towels. Had to kill a bunch of centipedes/millipedes in the basement bathroom.

We loved our stay at the Lake Trail Treehouse! The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really high-end but still comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were the highlight — we spent most of our time out there. It was like having our own private little resort. Great layout for families or groups, and everything we needed was there. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The perfect vacation!

The property was absolutely stunning! The home was so clean, well taken care of, and well thought out for guests. Great communication from the property manager for questions we had during our stay. Also in a great location- privacy but still less than 10 minutes from town & attractions. We loved it and hope to come back again soon!

Fairytale

This house was immaculate. Not only is it beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) but it is so spacious, clean and has everything you need. The house if very well equipped especially if your a family coming with kids. The pool and hot tub were great and we loved how close we were from town. The checkin process was simple. Would definitely recommend.

Girls getaway trip

This property is amazing! You can tell that they put a lot of thought into making this property perfect. It is located on a quiet street, tucked back in the woods but conveniently close to downtown Saugatuck. An easy 5min drive into town with lots of shops and restaurants. The house is extremely clean and has everything you’d need to feel at home. Super cute decor and lots of extras: towels, board games, pool toys, toilet paper, garbage bags, blankets, kitchen items etc. Honestly, everything you’d need! Not only is the house wonderful but the yard is as well. You can tell that it is well maintained and designed to entertain. Big pool/hot tub area, cute screened in porch, deck with grill, fire pit area, yard to play…We did have 1 issue with the hot tub not heating up. Wished the communication would have been more prompt but the issue was resolved and we were able to use it. Overall, this property is fantastic and you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing House with everything you need

We loved staying at the lake trail treehouse!! Had a group of three families with kids ranging from 6mo to 7 years. Enough room for everyone very comfortably. House has all amenities needed and more and is 5 minutes from downtown Saugatuck and 10 from Oval Beach. Though the pool and hottub were best parts. We never wanted to leave! We will be back.

What a wonderful week

Our family had a great time at the treehouse. The pool was the highlight and the kiddos swam all day. Kitchen was very well stocked and convenient. Whole house was clean with families and children in mind. Hope to go back!!

The house was clean, and really big, nobody expect that, cause on pictures it looks a little smaller. There were 8 of us, and we had a lot of room left for more people, there are rooms for couples, and a room for kids, so you can stay with few families and everyone will feel comfortable. Also 2 big tables by the kitchen, where I could say 18-20 people can fit easily. And of course outside hot tube was the main reason why we choosed this place, super easy to use with only 2 buttons. Also neighbors place pretty far from you, so you feel like you stay in the forest, away from civilization. Probably this was the best New Year of all I've been to. Thank you.

Great Family Friendly Property

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to keep a wide age range of kids entertained and the kitchen was stocked to perfection with what we needed to make an entire Thanksgiving meal. Property was exactly as outlined...actually, better as there were more games/toys for kids in the basement than advertised. The layout of the house/bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for our family and the home is a very short drive (or run) to shops/downtown and a grocery store. The hot tub was great in the cold weather...definitely a two person job to take the cover on/on though. It's a great property we would absolutely return to!

Beautiful Home!

The Lake Trail Treehouse has been one of our favorite rentals to date. The home was beautiful with all the amenities and entertainment that you need from infant to adult. The location was quiet but close to all the action of Saugatuck/Douglas. The check-in/check-out process was simple and communication with the host was very easy. We look forward to returning soon!

This home and property was perfection for three families with children and infants! The house layout provides privacy for each family, and there’s an abundance of activities to keep everyone busy and happy. The home and grounds are very clean and well maintained. Summer retreat

Our family had such an enjoyable stay at the tree house. Kids loved the bunk house, pool and multiple games/toys/books provided. Lots of family time spent in the amazing pool during the day and by the camp fire at night. We could not have asked for a better place for a summer retreat.

Excellent family trip getaway

This house is the perfect setup for a family vacation. The house was well thought out and set up for many people with plenty of room. The property provides a lot to do within a lush private yard with a pool and hot tub, campfires, plenty of yard space for games, or walks in the neighborhood. This is the perfect location close to town or the many local attractions. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic vacation house

Thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The cottage has perfect accommodations for two families with several children between 6mo and 8. The property was clean and well cared for, and any request for the management company was immediately attended to. Will definitely come back.

Perfect multi family rental

This home was perfect for two families with 6 kids ages 5 and under. Plenty of sleeping options and the most well appointed home we’ve ever rented. Many positives including the heated pool, so many toys and games to entertain the kids, great kitchen supplies all with a great layout. There were also things we didn’t expect like high chairs, pack n play and crib available for use. Felt like a friends home versus a sterile rental. So much personality and comfort. A few things that would have made our stay nicer but important to note. 1) The pool and spa were cloudy and slightly green when we arrived and worse by third day. When we reported, it was promptly addressed however seems like someone should be checking this weekly and shouldn’t rely on guest to report. 2) the king master bed frame does not support the mattress well and thus sags. The guest in that room ended up bunking with their kids in the bunk bed room due to discomfort. 3) outside hose did not work and would have been handy to rinse sand off from the beach. We inquired but no help in getting it working. A shame because only trying to prevent sand in the house and pool. 4) house needs a thorough cleaning. Appeared clean on general surfaces however with young children crawling we noticed under furniture (beds, couches, kitchen cabinets) a lot of debris and dirt. Also, exhaust fans and return vents all need cleaned. 4) random but important...we ordered an amazon item for our vacation and it was delivered to the mailbox that required a key. We inquired but nothing property manager could do to help us. We never got the package. We would rent the home again though and recommend it to others. We had a great vacation. Addressing the above items would hands down make this a 5 star rental.

Great property!

We stayed for a girls weekend in Saugatuck. The house is gorgeous and spacious and the hot tub is a great amenity. There was plenty of sleeping room and the pictures don't do it justice. The location is fantastic - just 6 minutes to downtown Saugatuck! There is also a very convenient park and ride right near the highway to park cars if you'll be exceeding the four car limit.

Hidden Gem in Saugatuck

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The home was so beautifully decorated, pictures online don't capture all the wonderful details. A perfect set up for a larger party with ample comfortable bedding and plenty of well appointed bathrooms, dining and living spaces. We were sorry we didn't get a chance to experience it in the summer with the awesome pool, fire pit and screened in porch. Would definitely recommend and look forward to renting again.
