“Beds were very comfy & room was very nice! Couldn't use the pool because a kid threw up in it earlier...has a nice small fitness room. Only complaint i had was the breakfast. It was ok but the eggs & potatoes both had pepper on them - which i can't have so only had a waffle. Would be nice if they didn't have pepper on the food”

“We really enjoyed our week stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and it was quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area. It was a convenient location. Breakfast was simple, but all we needed. There is a gas station with a food court very nearby that also has good food. We will return.”

“I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed.”

“Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We didn’t even have any special needs, bit the guest service team was incredible…from check in to passing the housekeeping in the hall. Ayden especially was fantastic.
Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.”

“No included breakfast-no microwave in room-air conditioner didn’t work. At 4am a noise started about every 5 min. Sounded like a toilet flushing and lasted about as long but continued every 5 min or so. No sleep after that! We did enjoy the Resturant for dinner but there was only one server and she was busy!”
