Cottage a Sautee Nacoochee

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Such a cute cottage with everything you might need. So thankful we found this place for our girl’s trip. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cleveland or Helen.”

“The house was great, except the bee hives set up in the neighbor's yard were too close for comfort. Kids loved downstairs with the air hockey, game table, video game and karaoke along with big tv and comfortable sectional with tons of throw blankets. There are tell tale signs via your nose of dogs being there. ”

“Lovely home. Perfect for our weekend. The baskets of toys were a huge hit with the littles we were traveling with”

“The cabin was beautifully decorated, well stocked with extras, clean, and cozy. The creek behind the cabin and Adirondack chairs with fire pit were nice. We were there only one night but could see staying longer in the future.”

“The property was very clean and totally updated. Anything that you would need in the kitchen was available. They even included a lot of games, a record player and information about the surrounding area. It is located in a very nice residential area and very quiet. You can easily walk to town from the home. We really enjoyed staying there and the owners were very prompt with a response when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.”

“Fran was a great host! We arrived to town a bit later than expected and so we contacted him a bit late but Fran was on it and answered my questions, property was CLEAN, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms had clean towels, rugs, bedding, etc. We were in town for a weeding in Chimney Oaks so the location was great (area was really quiet and peaceful so I lost no sleep); we really enjoyed the pool table and the TVs with streaming services. Lovely cottage and great host, would definitely recommend for...

“Absolutely wonderful "cabin" with every amenity needed. It was in the 80's during our stay, so the temperture in the unit was perfect. Firepit was cozy and a good place to watch shooting stars. This is a must visit home. :-)”

“The property is easy to find and looks just like the pictures inside. They did an excellent job with the decor and there are plenty of comfy leather chairs to relax in. I especially enjoyed the room set up as a reading room as I am not much of a tv watcher. The coffee bar was a nice and I enjoyed that each morning. Things to note: -This is a manufactured home so the ceilings in the bathrooms are lower. I'm 5'3 and I could touch the ceiling. -The AC/Heating unit is extremely loud. It is located...
