When you aren't utilizing these fantastic amenities, head mere minutes away to York Water Falls where 14 miles of hiking trails await!

Inside your home away from home, enjoy relaxing amongst hardwood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and elegant fixtures. The living room is well-lit under the glow of the chandelier and boasts a large TV, fireplace, and ample seating. The chef of your family will have no issues utilizing the full kitchen to prepare their favorite dishes, and when it comes to mealtime, the large dining table is ready to host family-style meals.

As you explore the rest of the home, you'll find a separate office space, equally comfortable bedrooms, sizable bathrooms, and a private washer/dryer.

Outside, the tree-lined deck offers a serene spot to grill, share stories, and spend time under the fresh Georgia air. For added convenience, guests may park two cars in the garage.

Guests must use the pass left in the home to gain access to the pool and to rent canoes from the gatehouse.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
