“The hotel is located on a beautiful blue lagoon that faces the sunrise..this was the only positive aspect of our stay plus the fast check-in But for the rest very disappointed The staff seemed annoyed by any request and rude. They played loud music early in the morning and throughout the day. Plus watched movie on the public screen while guests were having dinner. The dirtiness of the property is beyond imagination, plastic bottles and bags on the shore and on the ground (the staff instead of...
