The carriage house was the perfect location for a long weekend trip to Savannah. It was very helpful that there was a garage spot for us to reliably keep our vehicle in one spot. The space and amenities were very clean and practical. The location was a nice walking-distance from everything we wanted to do in Savannah. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment-style carriage house. Perfect size for a couple. Great walking distance to shops and river walk. The parking garage is right for larger vehicles bc of the water heater. My subaru outback fit, but our neighbor’s Jeep Wagoneer couldn’t fit. We luckily met them immediately and worked out to just switch garage spaces. Something for property manager to maybe check with their guests before assigning the garage space (and maybe they already do). Breakfast at Toast was great,loved lunch at the commons, Pink House basement bar is an MUST, and very close, fun bars around every corner. We also loved this little spot called Bubbly. Blink and you’ll miss it on the street, great cocktails, mimosas, and mocktails, really cool environment inside, really friendly staff.

Awesome! We will be back to rent the full property with family!

We absolutely loved being there and the staff was in constant contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Anything that was missing they got to us quickly. The only downside is the garage is so tight to back into so it was scary and o refused to leave once I got in there . I’m sure for some it’s fine but with a full size sedan there wasn’t much clearance on each side. That all said we plan on coming back and renting the full property with family in the next year and I will have to park again but it’s soooo worth it for this great space!

Quaint 1 bedroom carriage house. Great location.

The carriage house was clean and provided the necessities needed for our stay. Bed was comfy. It did have a kuerig, so no need to purchase ground coffee. :). Just bring pods. Tonya, from southern belle, checked on us to make sure we didn’t have issues. “Walk, eat, drink and repeat”.

Great location

Lovely place to stay for the weekend. You can easily walk to countless destinations but the location is just far enough from the main attractions to be very quiet at night. Other than recommending a little touch-up of caulk in the tub, the carriage house was 100% perfect. Of note, it is very cozy in the courtyard when the guests from the rental house are out back. There was a large party who frequented the space and the space is very small. You cannot access this property without passing through the courtyard. The guests were friendly and were not out late but it was a little unexpected. It would not deter us from staying here again - just a good detail to know. Highly recommend.

We loved that the house had its own private parking area! The house was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It was close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. We had a great time there!

Great Property

My husband and I had a great time in Savannah! The Carriage House was very clean and very close to everything! Once we arrived we parked our car and were able to walk everywhere! I would definitely recommend this property!

As advertised

The property was exactly as depicted in the listing. Everything was clean and good repair and tasteful. The location was excellent and good walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants and attractions. We received excellent communication about the check-in process with periodic follow-ups during our stay to make every sure everything was going okay.

Overall a good place. Very well situated near the main shopping area, river and historic houses and squares. It was as shown in the photos and was comfortable. There were a few spots where the paint could be touched up but nothing major.While it is described as a carriage house, it is actually over the garage. The garage itself was a welcome feature.

Better than advertised!

This is one of the few properties that you can say is better than advertised! It's perfect for 2, or a small family. Exceptionally clean, and it is perfectly located. The ability to just park your car in the very convenient garage and walk everywhere allows you to enjoy Savannah as it is meant to be enjoyed!

Enjoyable stay

We loved the location of the property and the enclosed garage for a small car. Parking is very tight in the garage so I would not recommend it for a large suv or truck. This is a small apartment upstairs with a kitchen and one bath. The shower/tub is great and it’s very nicely decorated. Property manager is responsive and you really cannot beat the location. It’s a little more expensive after adding on all the fees, but location and provided parking are probably why. About 2 blocks from the river walk and near the Pirate’s House restaurant.

Great location

Very comfortable spot with the large added bonus of off street parking. Like other have said, entering and exiting through the garage is a bit weird, but you get used to it. Walkable to just about everything. Also took advantage of the pool for a day which was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Labor Day get away

We really enjoyed the long weekend. The carriage house is beautiful clean and comfy. It was really nice to park the car in the garage and walk the city. We had our dog and there was a great small park around the corner. We were minutes from River street, trolley stops and Broughton street has lots to do. The carriage house is quiet , we felt very safe and the decor was tasteful and relaxing. Tybee island was a quick ride off the end of Broughton. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Girls trip

The apt was cute. The bed was very comfortable. It's a high step into the shower/tub but the shower has great pressure. Super location you can walk to most everything. Garage is tight to get in and out. You need to bring toilet paper and large cone shape coffee filters.

Great stay.

The property was very clean. You can walk to everywhere you want to see. It is perfect for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. Nice little courtyard to sit and private. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We fell in love with Savannah in part because this apartment was so well situated in the city we were able to walk to everything!! There was visible dust in the window treatments which just makes you wonder what you can't see and is why I scored cleanliness at a 3. Also, not bad, just interesting but there is no regular door to exit the property! You enter and exit via the garage door, which isn't an issue just a funky detail!! I can't wait to visit Savannah again!!

Excellent Stay!

Very enjoyable stay in Savannah. Just a few blocks walk to River Street. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Place had everything you need. Loved having a garage to park our car.
