“When we checked in we were notified that the power would be out the next day from 8 am to 6 pm. As a reminder, that we should have known, although no indication of this on the website or any other booking site. "So will breakfast be at 7:00?" I ask. "No there is no breakfast" he says. "So what do we do then?" He says he will have muffins, bread, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc. in the spare room. Okay, but nothing near the $60 breakfast included and paid for in the reservation. The next morning...

“We have a reservation and on our arrival they said the reservation was for the next next day?
The booking was "pay on arrival" but the money was taken 2 days priror.
Major problems with them using the reservation system.
Sent us to a sister property. Room and staff were great there.”

“I wasn’t sure about this hotel because the rate was the lowest. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw just how clean it was and the friendly staff. The free breakfast was good as well!
Definitely would recommend and stay again at the Port Augusta!”
