“Beautiful hotel, close to everything and Jacksonville Beach less than 20 minutes up the road.”

“The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Bathroom shower fixtures need to be replaced. It didn't work at all and then when they "repaired" it, it was coming out of the wall.”

“We thought we were staying at the other Hyatt and instead booked Hyatt Studio by mistake.... didn't realize there were two Hyatt's within 5min from each other....the other Hyatt is much better.”

“The pictures online make the lobby/bar area appear much larger than in person, it’s pretty cramped. The deck is pretty dark at night also. Lastly, the furniture in the lobby looks worn and dirty. The room, however, was nicer and clean.”

“Right on the beach. Short walk on bridge over sand dunes then you're at beautiful powerdy sand. Parking available for small fee. Spaces were tight especially for my Expedition, but convenient. Breakfast was pretty good.”

“My room was not clean properly. There was a bad smell in the room. Thankfully I always carry Lysol and Clorox wipes.”

“MS Elena at the front desk kicked off a great experience. She was so helpful. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the bartender to the chef and the housekeeping. Beautiful hotel on the water. It is nicely tucked away in a plaza. Several eating placces within a mile . My experience was great.”
