“Room was in good condition however it was a disabled room that was not advised on booking. There was an intermittent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Seeing the disabled room I immediately requested a room change but here was not much enthusiasm as we had a 2 night stay and was told the hotel was full the following night so not much they could do and on the first night there were currently no other made up rooms. Overall the staff at the bar and in the restaurant and around the hotel...

“The place was excellent! In a great location for walks to Malham Cove. The place was spotless and the food was great. The spa was also great after a day walking. We will definitely be returning!”

“We are a family of 5 so stayed in the party suite as would otherwise need 2 rooms. It was absolutely superb. So spacious with loads of amenities. Best hotel room we’ve ever had. Staff lovely and location perfect. Fabulous stay”
