“We enjoyed our stay from check-in to check-out. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for our family to do. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with the kids, and the location made it easy to enjoy Cedar Point while still having a relaxing place to come back to. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting the area.”

We checked in got into room and beds were stained. Employee came to our room and said shower wasn’t working so they moved us when in fact shower did work which was weird. Moved to different room and this was worse. Bed sheets horribly stained. Hair every where. It was gross. We quickly packed up and found a better hotel. They offered to move us to...

“Great”

“The location was convenient but this hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades and maintenance. Amenities are minimal and the regular rooms are small. If it’s just for a basic stay for a short trip it’s fine but I’d be uncomfortable with a whole family for more than a night or two.”

“They had fire pits and games that bring people together and it was super clean and I’m a grem freak ! The grounds were maintained perfectly and the staff was amazing”

“Overall the staff and the property were nice. Our bedding on one of the beds was dirty like the bed was made but the sheets were visibly dirty. Other than that and the horrible condition of the parking lot it was a decent stay for the value and location.”

When I called the front desk to ask about it, they said they were "working on it" but it was never fixed by the time we checked out the next morning. The window in our room was a hand-cranked window and it would not close all the way, so there were a few bugs that kept getting inside our room. “Average hotel. Better than Baymont for sure. Breakfast ok. Couldn’t figure out the tv remote. No hand towels when we arrived or shower towel for floor. Overall good place to sleep if going to amusement park. It did the job.”

“Affordable clean option for overnight that is 15 mintues from cedar piont.I would stay here again. The only things I didnt care for were the holes in the ceiling. For the price this place was what I needed a clean, quiet place to sleep after a long day at the amusement park.”

“Beware! The Pool is currently under maintenance, but at the reception they provide a voucher to go to a gym for free... No kitchen available, only a microwave oven and a boiler, but the laundry room is ok.”

“Hot tub and pool were so over chlorinated that it discolored my expensive swimsuit (that had been worn in multiple other pools). Indoor pool was not heated, cold. Breakfast was okay, waffle iron and sausage patties were the best. Housekeeping staff was by far the nicest we've ever experienced. When we had issues with our key being desensitized (even when keeping it away from other cards and electronics like we were told to), there was no help at the front desk for sometimes 30-45 minutes.”

“The room was nice and clean. The room has been recently remodeled, and the air conditioning worked great. The staff went above and beyond to return a forgotten item to us! Would definitely recommend!”
