“We enjoyed our stay from check-in to check-out. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for our family to do. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with the kids, and the location made it easy to enjoy Cedar Point while still having a relaxing place to come back to. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting the area.”

“We stumbled upon Sandusky headed to Maryland from Colorado. The town is so wonderful. We were able to score a last min room for 67 bucks. The owner was the main receptionist and we had a very lovely conversation with him. Super friendly and attentive, he definitely knows customer service . We will be back”

When I called the front desk to ask about it, they said they were "working on it" but it was never fixed by the time we checked out the next morning. “The location was convenient but this hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades and maintenance. Amenities are minimal and the regular rooms are small. If it’s just for a basic stay for a short trip it’s fine but I’d be uncomfortable with a whole family for more than a night or two.”

“The property was decent for the price. Mostly clean and well maintained. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator in the room, both of which were clean. The bathtub was a bit outdated and stained. The entire hotel smelled like the chlorine from the pool. Staff doesn’t bring you new towels or clean your room unless requested which could be good or bad depending on your preference. Overall for the price paid I could not be upset.”

“Affordable clean option for overnight that is 15 mintues from cedar piont.I would stay here again. The only things I didnt care for were the holes in the ceiling. For the price this place was what I needed a clean, quiet place to sleep after a long day at the amusement park.”

“Overall the staff and the property were nice. Our bedding on one of the beds was dirty like the bed was made but the sheets were visibly dirty. Other than that and the horrible condition of the parking lot it was a decent stay for the value and location.”

“Hot tub and pool were so over chlorinated that it discolored my expensive swimsuit (that had been worn in multiple other pools). Indoor pool was not heated, cold. Breakfast was okay, waffle iron and sausage patties were the best. Housekeeping staff was by far the nicest we've ever experienced. When we had issues with our key being desensitized (even when keeping it away from other cards and electronics like we were told to), there was no help at the front desk for sometimes 30-45 minutes.”
