“First time in Austin, and we picked this hotel because it was so close to Barton Creek and lots of food places. “We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.”

“Only grievance is submitting a photo of driver ID to complete booking - through a 3rd party website. The idea of having my license scanned on a website outside of Expedia is not something I’m keen on. And unfortunately there is no check in process that I would allow to show it to someone like at a hotel. Otherwise great stay and deal!!”

“This is the very definition of a “Boutique Hotel”. Everything about it is special; the design, the grounds, the vibe. It’s all sensational. Yes, it’s expensive. However, it’s hard to put a price on tranquil luxury in the center of Austin. Instead of a hotel pool with 75 people swimming in human soup, you get the most idyllic pool with maybe one or two other guests.
