“Check in is seamless and staff is so incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are small but cute in design. This is my second stay here and as much as I Enjoyed the simplicity of my stay and the kind staff, I found that the property needs a refresh. There was an issue in my shower with the wood plank flooring that was a hazzard. Staff was so quick to make an adjustment to the problem and for that I’m grateful but I would be more inclined to stay again if they made adjustments like that before a...

“Excellent service, I especially liked the butler service. Very responsive. My biggest complaint was that we could hear neighbor above very clearly. Like a cheap apartment complex. I requested another room as the resort was not very full. They talked to above neighbors. Needless to say they didn’t tiptoe for the rest of the weekend and problem continued. Still a beautiful place with tons of amenities .”

“We had visited Puerto Vallarta in the past staying at several of the all inclusive resorts… good options but you could be anywhere… as they are all the same. This time we were looking for a boutique hotel near downtown Puerto Vallarta, where we could experience the real local flavor and it was a pleasant surprise. Great location, great staff, nice amenities, very decent breakfast options included, and a wonderful bay view, Highly recommend.”
