“This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Each time, everything has been great! I checked in a little bit early this time and she was willing for me to come back to her place to clean up before I drove for 3 hours back home. I didn't, but she offered which I thought was very nice. I highly recommend this place!”

“The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown. The Artistic Retreat was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed using the sauna, which was an added bonus. During one of our walks downtown, we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. It was fascinating to learn about the history of the property and hear about their impressive artistic backgrounds. We highly recommend the Artistic Retreat.”

“The Oreo room was great. It included anything you might need in the kitchen. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. The sauna was an added feature that was very relaxing at the end of the day. Location is close to downtown which was a plus.we drove everywhere due to the weather, but you could walk if you wanted. ”

The host was friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions we had. We also felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. A special shoutout for the makeup removal wipes—they were an unexpected but much-appreciated touch and a total lifesaver!
