Hotel in zona Scenic Foothills, Anchorage

“Visited Alaska and stayed here at this hotel for couple of nights.Staff not very courteous or service oriented.Texted them twice regarding having a roll away bed as we were a family of 5 and reserved their largest room no response.Got there and told by receptionist it will be an extra 15 dollars per night for a roll away bed we agreed.The roll away bed was just left outside our room to take inside and set up and make the sheets not sure what is the 15 dollars per night for if you are not going...

“A drug addled woman was running the hall at 3 am banging on doors yelling “HELP ME!!!” while her boyfriend just kept saying “SHE’S crazy!!” Oh yeah and the breakfast room was filthy and food was burned. Not a place for sleep or food that’s for sure.”

“Camera molto piccola, arredo vecchio e datato, lavandino in camera (!!), odore di muffa, tv non funzionante , 10 minuti di attesa per avere l’acqua calda …il tutto a 210 dollari! Mai più! ”

“The room was very dirty and stinky. Kitchen and bathroom was especially very stinky. The mattresses was not appropriate to sleep and curtains was not even covering complete window to make it appropriate for sleep in night.”

“I servizi dell'hotel, in particolare la nsvetta, sono ottimi. Il personale è professionale, cortese e disponibile. Gli arredi nelle stanze sono nuovi, le stanze sono pulite. La struttura rinnovata nelle parti essenziiali, si colloca nella media locale. La posizione è comoda per visitare il centro della cottà. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.”

“Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. The front desk person wrote it on one list, but didn’t transfer it to the other, so they weren’t expecting us. It all worked out fine in the end, but seemed...

“Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived. They said they were sending someone up, no one came. The best they did was offer for us to use the restroom down stairs in the lobby, weren't compassionate at all! We asked for another room and we didn't even get a response!”
